Stella Rosa Imperiale Black Lux Sparkling Red Wine is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals including Brachetto. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to capture the fresh flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry. During fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all natural, fruit-forward cocktail. Food Pairings include grilled mango, chicken, Greek pasta salad. To create Stella Rosa Wines, the Riboli family chose the region of Asti, a province in Piedmont, Italy, as the source for its aromatic grapes, which have become the hallmark for the Stella Rosa style of wines. The area of Asti has particular significance to the family, as it is the birthplace of the family matriarch, Maddalena Riboli. The first Stella Rosa was Moscato D’Asti, which has become a flagship of the brand. Soon after, Stella Rosa Rosso was created – the brand’s first semi-sweet, semi-sparkling red wine blend, and first wine of its kind to be brought to America from Asti. The rapid phenomenal successes of these two wines began the lineage of Stella Rosa, which now boasts over 35 distinctive flavors.

It’s sweet and smooth, almost exactly like the Stella Rosa Black but a bit stronger. I love it on ice or slushy. The bottle is cute & fancy and even came in a tin can that I saved and made into a penny bank! ✨

Tried this for the first time and loved it. It’s super smooth, fizzy, and tastes like blackberries and dark cherries. Not too sweet and really easy to drink. I had it chilled and it was perfect—great on its own or with dessert. Also, the black bottle looks really cool and fancy. Definitely grabbing this again!

The is a great tasting wine. No strong acidic alcohol taste. It does not burn or taste bitter. The taste is sweet but not over powering sugary sweet, and I love the fizz. My all time favorite. Goes great with everything.
