I have been using this shower panel for two months and I love it. I looked at many shower panels before deciding on this one, the build quality is great (others used thinner sheet metal and felt bit flimsy). The hand held shower is metal compared to majority that I saw which had plastic hand held shower. Installation was simple/easy.
The water pressure was lower for my liking, and I reached out to Vigo (manufacturer) and they right away sent me a water restrictor of 2.8 gallon/min (Original was 1.5 gallon/min) free of cost with instructions. I am all set now.

Awesome

A most wonderful product. Easy to operate, well built and practical. Convenient and flexible to work. You can set the water temperature where you want it once and never need to adjust it again whereas the water flow/pressure can be adjusted anytime to individual liking to economize and prevent water wastage. The body sprays provide a most exhillarating experience.

This is my third shower panel system from Vigo. The first and second panel were purchased over 10 years ago. This new panel is the replacement of the first panel, a reasonable life expectancy for daily use. I am very pleased with the new panel. The rain shower feature is awesome and I would purchase again. Using the body jets and the rain shower at the same time is a little disappointing. There is not enough pressure for both at the same time. I have high house water pressure where I live so issue is the panel. I have heard that there is a water saving filter in the inlet line to the panel that can be removed to increase the pressure but I have not removed it yet. I prefer the stainless steal panel over the older plastic version that I replaced. Also, the older version had a mirror, which always fogged up and was unusable for shaving in. Nice thought but not practical. Overall the new panel is well liked by the family.

The rain shower is awesome

The Brielle shower panel system is easy to install and made of high-quality components.  The shower controls have a soft touch and operate very smoothly.  The handheld shower, rain head, and body sprays all have separate controls for precise adjustment.  We looked at many different brands and this one was the same quality as more expensive brands.  We have bee using this for three months and are very happy with our purchase.

High Quality Easy to Install

I purchased this shower head about 4 months ago and it has all the features we were looking for in our shower remodel. The taller rain shower head portion is great for my husband and I and the lower jets and removable nozzle is great for our kids or for a quick rinse when you are not looking to get your hair wet.

Great for the whole family!

I am so happy with this shower glass panel! The door slides effortlessly, the glass is beautiful and all of the hardware looks great. I can’t speak to installation as I had it installed by contractors, but the result was just what I wanted! Very happy.

Gorgeous

The shower was purchased in April and gives a stylish finish to our shower remodel.  My only dissatisfaction is that the cord for the hand shower is long and rests on the shower floor.  I did find a hanger that mounts on the side of the unit and gets the cord off the floor.  This could be addressed easily by the company.

Stylish and good function

Nice shower tower, though my husband took out the restrictors as many recommended. The only problem is that the bar holding the shower head has already come loose and there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten it. My husband is going to take it apart and add a gasket or something to fix it. Other than that, it's working great and looks good.

I bought this for my master bath update.  I love the ability to direct water where you want.   The plumbing connections were a bit of an issue because I couldn't find a shut off valve with the correct fitting.  I ended up using a toilet shut off valve hidden behind the housing so I have easy access should I need it.  The only other improvement would be better water pressure, but that may just be an issue with my house.

Spa treatment

I have purchased 2 shower panels with 1 of them replaced with Sam's club wonderful customer service and return policy. 2 out of 3 of the panels were defective from the get go. The first problem I encountered dealt with the thermostatic cartridge where I could only receive lukewarm to cold water. I had that replaced but it took 2 months to finally receive the correct one. That shouldn't have been difficult as it was. They kept on sending me the incorrect cartridge that did not look like the original for whatever reason. When I finally switched out cartridges... I could only receive boiling to hot water. I was able to exchange the panel for the new one. 

After installation the water pressure was terrible. Water just fell from the shower head and the massage streams from the side shot out a limp stream that would barely reach me. You can't even use more than one feature at once. I might be the handful that rated this product poorly but 2 out of 3 panels with issues is inexcusable.
