Cake was perfect.  Moist, fluffy and great tase for the chocolate and vanilla flavor.  The buttercream and the cake aren't overly sweet either. Perfect crowd pleaser without breaking the bank.

This cake was perfect for my dad's 90th birthday party! The cake was delicious, and the price could not be beat!

The cake was gorgeous and delicious! The border along the top was uneven, though, which was disappointing.

Beautiful cake for a 50th anniversary

It was for Mother’s Day and the plate in the middle was too small for this huge cake. I would have preferred for the to use all the space to write Happy Mother’s Day not this small section

The cake was delicious but the flower decorations had green metal stems that left the white cake colored funny. We cut out that part but it was concerning. Also, the writing I requested on one cake was not done when I picked the three I ordered. The staff took a bit of time to verify that I had requested it and then were very nice about writing it.

I just wanted to thank you for the delicious cake! The flavor and texture were wonderful, and it was clearly made with care. However, I did notice that the writing on the cake didn’t quite match the same level of quality—it looked a bit unprofessional.

Marble cake tasted great as usual! Wasn’t impressed with the writing on it though and didn’t like what was on the sides of the cake. It didn’t seem to be edible.

When I arrived to pick up, the cake didn’t have the picture on it. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to redo top of cake. Cake was good but several people told me they found pieces of paper in the boarder of the icing.  Disappointed with this. Not a fan of online ordering, it limits colors and designs

100th Birthday Party Cake

First of all the cake was delicious! The ordering and decoration were not great at all. I went to the Sam's in Dallas on Retail twice to speak to someone about what would be on the cake. Both employees were very nice, however, due to the new ordering it has to be done on the app. I did not like the new "custom" designs -- it's not so much custom if I pick balloons on a cake and can only get 3 random colors someone chose. red/teal/blue -- or whatever rando colors to choose. So I chose the gold package or shimmering elegance full sheet cake in gold -- That part was pretty. I went back to ask about the writing as it is an elegant cake. The 2nd person told me that her hands were tied and that the writing would look like it does online. When I completed my order it showed the "writing" in red typed out. I thought surely they would make it look nice. This is not my 1st cake I ordered from Sam's - It is my 1st time ordering it online. And I am not a fan.
