This is the Sauna Steamer portable, which is so convenient!  It was super easy to set up, the instruction were clear. The stead steam inside the tent was nice! I felt so relaxed after my 9 minute steam session. It was super easy to disassemble and put away. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to have a personal sauna at home!

It's portable, space-saving, and comes with all essentials, but build quality is light, the included chair is uncomfortable, and temperatures are far lower than a traditional sauna. Best for casual, first-time users: not heat purists seeking the full sauna experience.

Best at home sauna

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! I am so glad I got to try this product out! You can put it inside or outside,  but we wanted to try it outside because it is cool and crisp outside. We didn't find the instructions until we had it put up.  They are with the steamer pot.
It was very easy to set up and didn't take very long.  It took about 10 minutes for the steam to start to fill up the building.  The window is removable. I sat in the seat that came with the product for about 8 minutes (because it was my first time). When we unzipped and the cool air flowed, it felt AMAZING! I thought I might get claustrophobic,  but no.  Not one bit.  I highly recommend you get a portable sauna. You can also add essential oils or any smell-good items you want.  Toxins will be removed and your pores will be open.  Try this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sharper Image Portable Steam Sauna arrived well-packed with all parts organized — frame poles, quilted cover, steam generator, small chair, and accessories. Setup took me about 45 minutes. The instructions were clear, but the lightweight plastic frame felt a bit delicate, so I was careful snapping pieces together. Once assembled, the insulated cover fit well and looked sleek: set it for 20–25 minutes, let it preheat, then get in for your full session. Once inside, the steam felt relaxing, consistent, and great for muscle recovery. The included chair is small (about 12” wide) and fine for short sits, but I'll likely replace it with a sturdier stadium chair. I wish there was an internal thermometer to check the temp while inside.

Solid Portable Sauna – Relaxing Steam, But Plan fo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful real sauna! Works so well, I had to keep opening the zipper to let out steam because it was so steamy. A bit annoying to put together for the first time, because it requires a good amount of elbow grease to push the frame pieces far enough into the joints so that it's small enough for the cloth to fit over the frame. Also, tube conector is already ripping a bit and poking through the fabric after the first use, though it probably won't affect the use.

My Sauna worked 3 times and then just stopped. The zipper on the cover is not made well and catches all the time.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharper Image Steam Portable Sauna is an easy to transport sauna for everyday use. The directions are clear on how to use and set up which seemed like a great start until actually putting the sauna together. The construction felt cheap and the zipper required two people to align as it kept getting stuck. Once finally assembled it is lightweight and easy to move however is not collapsible. Inside the sauna, the chair felt cheap and uncomfortable making it feel more like a chore than an enjoyable and relaxing time. Overall I was disappointed.

Swing and a miss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sharper Image Steam Sauna is fairly decent for the price. Set up was a nightmare and they put the instructions in the steam diffuser which is the last place you would look for it. It heats up quickly, which is a big plus when you want a fast relaxation session. However, it is pretty bulky and does not seem easily portable as it doesn't fit through doorways so you would have to take it all the way down and reassemble it. 

The steam can be a bit uneven, sometimes too hot and sometimes not enough. Also, the material feels a little flimsy, so I'm not sure how long it will last with regular use.

Overall, it's a good entry-level option if you're curious about steam saunas and don't want to spend a ton of money. Just don't expect it to be as luxurious or durable as the more expensive models. I don't think I would purchase this or recommend it to someone.

Wouldn't recommend

This was a Xmas Gift! I was initially excited upon arrival but after 1 month I was disappointed. On 2/11 /25, upon powering on my sauna machine I noticed steam coming from the upper part of the unit (the hose and lid). When I took a closer look, I noticed that many areas of the lid were cracked preventing the steam from staying inside the unit and traveling from the cord to the inside of the sauna. The multiple cracks in the lid have prevented the suction needed to secure the top to the base which is needed for effective usage.
 I bought a warranty but that didn't help either. They took me in circles only to find out that because it was under a year I had to use the manufacturer warranty, but the manufacturer had a manufacturer for the warranty. I finally just gave up. now I have to buy a new sauna, and I'm irritated because I'm in the habit of using it at least 3 times a week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!

Do not buy this Sauna...Terrible Construction

The unit never got up to temperature.  It produced a bunch of steam which seeped out all over the entire unit through the "quilting" holes. Completely useless.
