We've bought this chair 3 times now, replacing the previous one as each wears out.  It get daily, hours-long use at our home.  Each chair has been well-built and easy to assemble, and has provided comfort for over a year before the bonded leather begins to wear through.  We'll continue to buy as long as they continue to be this good quality.

This chair was a great purchase! It's comfy, looks great and super easy to assemble! It was also reasonably priced! I bought it for my home office and truly love it! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an office chair.

Fantastic Desk or Office Chair!

Chair arrived quickly. You need to follow the directions carefully and do not fully tighten screws until you have the unit all assembled. It is an easy installation and all of the parts fit as directed. The chair is comfortable and the appearance is good. The chair adjustments are simple and work fine. This chair is a good value for the price.

Nice sturdy chair. Only had it for about a week. Max weight is 275 lb, not 350 lbs as stated in description.

Sturdy Computer Chair

I bought this chair to replace my old comfortable one, that I got rid of because the fake leather was peeling.  This chair feels firm, a bit to firm. The padding is thick.  It being memory foam, it's really firm when I first sit down, but it kinda softens after my body has warmed it. 
(softens somewhat) My aching back prefers this chair than it does the our couch.  
I replaced the wheels with rollerblade style ones, and that made the seat a bit to high, and now my wife's feet don't touch the grown anymore. (Just something to consider if you are 5' tall and thinking about replacing the wheels.)  All in all it's a comfortable office chair.

For People Who Prefer Firmness.

The chair is soooo vomfortable. I would give 5 stars, but the "leather" it's made out of is already messed up. On day one, the side of the chair rubbed against my desk and it rubbed down to the fabric beneath. I'm already investing in repair tape for it. I work from home, though, so no one is seeing the vhair but me and my family so I don't care how it looks. I care about the comfort because I sit at my computer for both work and down time.

So comfy

Chair was a breeze to assemble and very comfortable.  Only problem was the tension knob; it wouldn't turn in either direction.  I even had two other people try and turn it to no avail.  So I called the phone number on the instruction manual and was told the part was not in stock and would have to be ordered from the factory and I'd receive in about 16 weeks (4 months!!!).  So I'm stuck with a chair in the rigid upright position for the next 4 months and will have to disassemble when the part arrives.  That's why only the 3 stars.

Faulty Tension Knob

Try before you buy. Terrible, The most uncomfortable chair I ever sat in. I plan on returning it. They did not have one set up to sit in. Chair left me with a lot of leg pain only used about a week.
