Beautiful 14MM laminate flooring.  Looks like the real wood that I have on my main level.  Solid when you walk on it.  We started installing it today.  It is easy to install.  A great solid product.  I'm glad I cancelled my other order at the local Home Improvement Store when I saw this product.  There is no comparison.  This product is 3 times thicker than what I had on order from the Home Improvement Store, and at a fraction of the cost.

Dream bedroom

We recently purchased the Toffee laminate flooring by Select Surfaces. We have a similar color by the same company (caramel by select surfaces) throughout our home. We receive frequent compliments on the looks of our floors. The color is classic and the product is amazing. With two young kids and a energetic dog we needed durable floors that could handle wear and tear. This product has not disappointed. We expect the same awesome product with the Toffee laminate that we purchased.  Easy to install! You will not be  with this product or this company.

Awesome laminate flooring

My original order (late October or early November) of the laminate flooring was damage to the point that the entire box had to be returned.  So, I ordered it a second time and the majority of that order was damaged also, however I was able to get a few pieces out of that order, which was what I needed.  Each corner was damaged (pieces were chipped off) which could have resulted from the boxes being dropped.  Except for the damage boxes that I received, I am pleased with the flooring.

Damaged Flooring

I purchased 3 boxes and two were damaged. I have tried for one month to send back the damaged boxes. I have called customer service 3 times, live chatted twice and sent several emails. I have received emails asking “where is the damaged product?” But I have not received directions on how to have the boxes picked up even after asking several times.

DO NOT PURCHASE

Purchase was fine.  Delivery was brutal.  It's been pushed out twice now and we are on a schedule to get this work done.  They are making this very difficult by not sticking with delivery time frame.

Brutally long delivery time

We purchased this flooring for our new home, and were impressed with how thick it was compared to others we looked at.  The color is beautiful, HOWEVER,  we are noticing chips all over after just 3 weeks! The floor is level in all areas and was installed correctly.  We have been very careful not to drag or slide anything across the surface.  One chip is about 2 cm and very noticeable. We spent a decent amount of money on this product - and expected the quality to reflect that.  It is absolutely ridiculous that it's falling apart after less than a month.  I absolutely would not recommend this product, and expect we will need to replace it within the year.
