A friend asked me to try this bread. I am a diabetic and I love bread, but the skinny bread didn’t look too appetizing and it only had 45 cal so I didn’t think it would be very filling. I was very surprised this bread is fantastic. I love it as toast. It’s great as a sandwich. I make special trips to Sam’s just to get my bread. Try it you’ll love it.

Surprisingly better bread

I'm trying to be mindful of my carbs, sugar, etc...This bread is lighter, but still has full flavor. I love it. The white bread is soft and springy (just how a PB&J sandwich should be) and the multi-grain has a nice texture when I want it for messier sandwiches.

Less calories, same great flavor

This is our favorite bread. To be a "diet" bread with lower calories, it doesn't taste "diet". It's really good.

This is a very decent and healthy bread in that it doesn't have the enriched flower it's one of those breads that's high fiber and it's good for you and by good for you I also mean it taste good!

Taste good and is good to your gut

I’m diabetic so bread was always a struggle, until Sara Lee 45. This bread is always soft and tastes great and never gives me any issues with my diabetes. The slices are a little thinner than regular bread but I love that. You won’t go wrong with this pick diabetes or not.

The price point for this bread is fantastic. It’s the best deal in the bread aisle not only that it’s good for your health.

Healthy bread

This is the most amazing low carb low calorie bread for the best price! Tastes delicious and it has a long shelf life.

Love this bread

Good tasting bread that lasts probably too long on the counter (several weeks) which makes me think this is more frankenfood than actual food (like a McDonald's burger).  Fairly thin slices that don't hold up well to thicker spreads (unless you toast them--careful, they toast FAST).

Good option for lower cal bread w/some reservation

Have recently experimented with bread and many locations everything from cheap Aldi's, too many different types of many different grocery stores.  This is the best value for this type of bread.  Recently, my tastes have changed.  After decades of being able to eat two sandwiches at a time whether it's peanut butter and jelly or ham and cheese, hot or cold, I find it harder to stomach the taste of bread.  For some reason, I'm still able to tolerate this one, but unfortunately, I can't afford it in my standard grocery store.  Sam's Club saves a day on this one.

I took the bread back which i never do . It was totally dried out and tasted like paper.
