i highly recommend buying this excellent machine. it is very power efficient, and the sounds are barely audible. we had this since november 29, 2019. there were no issues so far in 2022. i would like to note maintenance is important in the machine so please take care of it well. you might encounter bad reviews. most of the time the issues were people not cleaning their front filter, so you might encounter an issue called “nd”. clean the filter with a toothbrush. make sure to clean your washer at least after 40 loads. the smartthings app is very helpful. pro-tip opening your washer and not closing it after you are done is great for getting rid of the mildew smell and prolonging the life of your machine. overall, i am satisfied with the purchase, and it was worth it.

Great washer!

This smart dial flex washer is a waste of money.  No one should waste money on this washer.  I bought mine and after a year the top glass lid got broken.  Because it's broken,  it affects the front loader and not the washer is sitting in my laundry dead.  It's very expensive too.  I can't even get the part to fix it.  Please,  please no one should go near it.  Waste, waste of money.

Washer Waste of money

Moved into our new house not even 1 month ago. After two week, our brand new washers main board went out. And…to make it even worse, the part is no longer available for purchase. Imagine that! So now I have a brand new washing machine, that can't be used and can't be fixed. Do better Samsung!!!! I've always been team Samsung but after this ordeal, probably will never purchase another item. Too much money to throw out into the field as target practice.

We had this unit for 22 months and it is now broken beyond repair. Bearings, seal, stator motor, shocks, drive shaft and spider arm assembly…. All needed replacement and cost more than the machine is worth. It became a throwaway within 22 mo of use:(

I bought this washer back in December of 2021.for the price I paid I would expect it to be reliable for a while. But that's not the case i recently started having issues with it. After a wash cycle the water won't drain. It's comes back. Please stay away from this items. Or if you are planning on investing on it make sure to add coverage

be careful when you buy a samsung, get the extended warranty plan otherwise it comes to the end of your warranty it breaks and the price to fix it is high. for such an expensive machine i would expect it to last more then 2 years. it is the second time it breaks and i am done with samsung!

No worth the price

The top washer latch broke with minimal use. The lid shut and broke the plastic latch. Only have had the washer for less than 2 years. 
Selecting the wash cycle is annoying as well. It attempts to give you the most used cycle, but in reality you just keep turning the dial until you find the cycle you want. 
If I do any blankets, it takes forever and says removing suds. 
Would not recommend.

Cheap latches, Cycle selection not good

Machine is overall good, but it's the small plastic pieces that killed this review.

A week after the 1yr warranty ended, the little plastic latch of the upper washer inner door broke. Google search shows it's a common issue. I'd expected Samsung to fix this weak point or recall this.
