[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 29 cu. ft. Smart 4-Door Flex™ refrigerator with Beverage Center and Dual Ice Maker in Stainless Steel is very roomy. Both my husband and I love it. The in-refrigerator setting is not too easy to get to the choice you want, but it is very easy when you use smartphone. The issue we have when the bins become full and attend to scoop the ice cubes out, the ice falls out of the back of the bin into the bottom of the freezer. This probably needs a better design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love that I can change one of  the bottom freezers into a refrigerator space. The fridge is so deep and the storage size inside is amazing. I can fit multiple large containers of spinach, salads, and kale, multiple almond and oat milk containers in the door. My mom just got a new fridge same dimensions (different brand) and the layout doesn't compare to this Samsung, so she can fit half of what I can fit in mine. This is definitely the nicest fridge I've owned and just overall thought of layout and space. The water pitcher is nice too, so I can easily fill my dogs water bowls, or our espresso machine without dirtying another cup. The ONLY two negatives I've seen is that the “finger print resistant” stainless steel is he worst finger printing stainless steel I've owned. I have to go by daily and wipe our prints and smudges off, and that's me getting onto everyone in the house about not touching the fridge. They just stand out so much too. You can barely touch it and it looks awful. The other issue are the ice bins. There isn't a higher back on the bins so ice will over flow and fall down into the shelf below it pretty often. BUT still the best space/size fridge I've ever had, and I can easily put up with the two small issues for all the positives. Two thumbs up Samsung!

Amazing Size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a long time to get this fridge, but I am so glad I purchased it.  I love the interior water dispensers (pitcher and glass), the water quality is excellent, and it is fun to have the 2 sizes of ice in the freezer below.  It is a full size fridge, so there is a lot of room inside, and the bottom right freezer can be converted to a fridge as well if you need more space. Definitely recommend.

Great size and features

i love this refrigerator, it has so much space!  the beverage center is very convenient with the water dispenser and pitcher and i like that it is "hidden" instead of on the outside of the door.  i really like having 2 different size ice cubes as well, the ice bites are awesome.  the only negative thing i can say about this refrigerator is it is definitely not fingerprint resistant as stated, i am constantly wiping off the fingerprints!

very spacious!

I am very pleased with this refrigerator and have only given a 4-star rating because I am leaving room for disappointment after having issues with a similarly styled Whirlpool model.  This refrigerator accommodates an amazing amount of food, which was a concern for me following the aforementioned Whirlpool that happened to be a counter-depth model (i.e., literally the depth of a carton of eggs).  

Things I love... The beverage center is great!  The water tastes better than spring water; even my 10-year-old who prior to this fridge only drank sparkling or bottled water agrees.  I like the two sizes of ice cubes, though the nugget ice is really just tiny ice cubes.  The adjustable shelves are a nice feature, as well, considering that the Whirlpool shelves didn't adjust.  

What I don't love... The outside of the fridge seems to always need a cleaning, as it seems a magnet for fingerprints.  Also, the compressor in this model runs a bit loud for my taste, but others don't seem to notice it.

All and all, I am pleased, and I hope that disappointment does not lie around the corner for me and this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge 6 months ago. Six weeks later a power surge in our neighborhood fried the computer causing it not to work. The repairman was efficient and knowledgeable about replacing parts. The wait time for repairman was 4 days.  The feature I think that could be improved on is the ice bins. Ice falls out the back side easily. Awkward to scoop ice at all. I love everything else about the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is amazing. Love it! The Beverage Center is so clean love that its hidden away. But whoever designed the ice bins must have never actually used them. The ice bins have a cool sliding cover that can also neatly store the ice scooper. So nice right? Well, that really cool ice bin cover has to slide back over the top of all the ice in the bin when you want ice, causing any ice that sits past the top of the bin to spill out into the rest of the freezer. How this wasn't discovered and fixed during quality testing is beyond me. Fortunately there is an easy fix for this most unholy problem and that is to simply remove the ice bin covers. Yes, you do loose the super cool ice scooper holder and yes, now your ice is left exposed to that crisp cool UV sanitized air, but you no longer have the first world problem of cleaning up all that ice from the try below the ice bins.

Great Fridge, But the Ice Bin Covers s....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has a great capacity, and the flex fridge is fantastic, we use it as a fridge for kids snacks.  The ice maker works great, but on a few occasions it has dispensed ice while the door is open and the ice tray was being used, causing it to dispense into the freezer itself.  The fit of the doors isn't perfect, but not a deal breaker.  Besides that, everything has met our expectations.

great capacity for a large family

i really like this refrigerator, but i'm frustrated because the measurements in the manual were not complete. the measurements include the height if the doors and the hight of the back of the fridge, but do not tell you the distance from the front where the door hinge/height stops.

the back of the fridge fits in my space. the door height does not, but since the doors are only 5 in. thick, i thought it would be ok if the fridge stuck out by 5 in. however, the door height goes on for 10 in., so my fridge sticks iut 10 inches, which is too much.

i reviewed the manual in detail before i bought the fridge and no where did it provide the depth of the door height, which is the higher height.

This refrigerator itself is great, don't get me wrong there. Unfortunately I just can't recommend that anyone buy one because mine came missing parts, with a shelf that doesn't fit, and damage. Reading various reviews and I see I'm not the only one to have these issues. Also, the ice makers are both really slow to make ice.  At this price, issues like this should be non-existent.
