so far so good.  It does exactly what its supposed to do. I've owned this for about 3 weeks now and i do not have a complaint yet. very stylish and can be worn with anything really without sticking out like a sore thumb.

I have had it for a week, love the color, I think it's more coral than red (my opinion). I like the color anyway.  I was thinking about getting a watch that you could take phone calls, but decided not too, I'd rather get a new phone instead, the screen would be bigger.

Works Great

A good watch and fitness tracker for the money. I have the black watch and the Samsung health app and have  enjoyed it.

It has many different widgets and watch faces you use and reorganize at your discretion, and will monitor your heartbeat and stress levels as well. 

One thing to note is it seems the red band's color seems to be coming off and turning black at the wear points. Not a huge deal but not aesthetically pleasing.

I broke the band for my last smart watch. I wasn't looking for anything too fancy or expensive, just watch that is compatible with my Samsung Health app. This was perfect, and $30 cheaper than the last one I bought.

we are over 60 so setting up and linking took some time. instructions are skimpy on detail.
performance has been very good for the short time  we have had it. eleven days.

overall, i'm pleased with this band.  i do miss that this band cannot be turned off to save power when i'm not using it, or that it lacks the ability to count the flight of stairs i climb daily.  i really don't like elevators/escalators, so i use stairsteps instead.

this band is clear and the improved clasp makes it a good upgrade from the original galaxy fit.

I wanted something that would easily work with my phone so I purchased it. I also mistakenly thought that it would directly link to the myfitnesspal app. BIG MISTAKE.  you need to give Samsung access to your health information in order to link to the app.  I am not that interested or that stupid. Let's face it your information is in far too many places that it needs to be so why would you give your information to a group of people who do not need it and will sell it to the highest bidder. 

On the other hand, it does let me know if I'm stressed and how long I have walked so there is that and over priced pedometer that will let me know that my phone is ringing...

I could live without it

Overall, i like it, but it seems to be lacking basic functions in its capacity as a step counter. For example, It can't display total steps on the device (phone+fit2) . Samsung support seems to think it should support this, I've spoken with them twice. We've tried ensuring sync is on, installing updates, restarting the Fit2, factory reset, restarting the phone, and everything else. I can only hope that the fit2 gets patched in a future update, as earlier samsung devices which had the same problem were fixed.

Otherwise, I love the size and battery life. It's much more comfortable than my previous Samsung devices to sleep in, I don't miss the call functionality of my watch at all, and I can't wait until some custom bands are released so that I can personalize it a bit.

Nice, but missing basic functionality

I really like the design of the watch and the way it looks and the battery lasts a while also HOWEVER the step counting is off not very good. When I used my Fitbit flex alongside this deivce, this galaxy fit2 lagged behind by like 1000  steps which is alot. At my job I also walk around in a circle alot and the gaxaly fit2 undercounted those steps also.
