Appliance Delivery 1, Basic Installation 2, and Haul-Away 3 Information for Refrigerators, Washers, Electric Dryers, and Electric Ranges

The home delivery service includes basic installation to set up your new appliance, as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.

1. Delivery: Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States. Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses. Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.

2. Basic Installation: The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work. Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards. During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, customer will need to hire 3rd party installer to complete installation. Basic Installation covers standard installations as per the provided guidelines of covers standard connection to existing, up-to-code utilities (like plugging in an electric range or connecting a refrigerator’s water line). It also includes the haul-away of your old appliance. Complex installations, which may require additional time, materials, or specialized equipment, or home modifications are not included in the Basic Installation. Customers are responsible for hiring a third-party installer to complete such installations. 2 step installation - A second appointment may be required with a license installer in some municipalities that require licensed installers in order to complete installation of Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves.

3. Haul-away: The delivery service includes haul away of your old appliance, provided it has been uninstalled prior to delivery. Complex deliveries, including dishwashers, gas ranges, gas dryers, and over the range microwaves, may require separate delivery and installation appointments. The delivery team will not uninstall or remove existing appliances. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider.

For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:

  • Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise
  • Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal
  • Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc.
  • Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
  • Convert gas or propane lines
  • Lift or hoist appliances over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
  • Work with or touch exposed wires, rusted or corroded shut-off valves and copper valves
  • Update home to local code. If the connection points are not up to date to local code, the customer will need to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to bring the home up to code.
  • Uninstall or relocate built- in appliances. Will haul away only if uninstalled before delivery and if a haul-away service was purchased with delivery. NOTE: Built-in refrigerators cannot be hauled away.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this oven for a while, I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. It preheats much faster than my previous oven, which has made cooking meals much more convenient, especially on busy weeknights. The temperature has been very consistent, and everything I've baked or roasted has cooked evenly without having to constantly rotate pans or adjust cooking times. One of my favorite features is the built-in air fryer. I was a little skeptical at first because I already owned a countertop air fryer, but this oven has completely changed my mind. I recently made roasted vegetables using the air fryer function, and they came out perfectly. The broccoli, carrots, and Brussels sprouts developed a nice crispy exterior while staying tender on the inside. They had great color, didn't dry out, and cooked much more evenly than I expected. Cleanup afterward was also simple, which is always a bonus. I've also used the oven for baking cookies, roasting chicken, and reheating leftovers. The cookies baked evenly from edge to center, the chicken came out juicy with crispy skin, and leftovers reheated without becoming dried out. Having multiple cooking modes in one appliance makes it easy to switch between different types of meals without needing additional kitchen gadgets. Another feature I really appreciate is the smart connectivity. Being able to monitor and control the oven from my phone is surprisingly useful. I can check the cooking progress, adjust settings, or make sure the oven has been turned off without having to walk back into the kitchen. It provides extra peace of mind and makes multitasking around the house much easier. The control panel is intuitive and easy to learn, and the display is bright and easy to read. I didn't spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to use the different settings because everything is laid out in a way that makes sense. The oven also looks very modern and gives the kitchen an updated appearance. The stainless steel finish is attractive, easy to wipe clean, and has held up well with regular use. The oven interior is spacious enough to cook multiple dishes at once, which has been especially helpful when preparing meals for family gatherings or holidays. I also like that the racks slide in and out smoothly, making it easier and safer to remove heavier dishes.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a huge upgrade from other ranges in the past. It looks so classy and fancy with the illuminated knobs. The security feature is also great because even if passing close by just pressing up to them will not cause them to turn on since you actually need to press the side to turn it on. The burners themselves work great, including the center one and the included griddle, which has been awesome for tortillas or small pancakes. The additional burner support seems interesting, I just have not had a chance to use it but seems like it will distribute the heat on a wok nicely. The included air fry basket is a great bonus and the air-fry max feature itself is so great, especially because of the no pre-heat aspect. The storage at the bottom works well for the basket and other tools. The app connectivity also makes setting up simple and quick. The app was cool to use because it will let you know if something is on or let you easily start preheating for a bake.

Gorgeous and Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to this range from another Samsung range and WOW - this one is easily comparable to the high end models you find in custom luxury homes. The lighted knobs and the overall design and clean lines are gorgeous. Aside from its beauty, the quality and functionality are a huge step up - the burners are significantly more powerful and I'm able to boil a large pot of water in just a few minutes, the oven heats quickly and evenly, and the air fry feature is such a great added feature. I love being able to start the oven with my phone to preheat, and being notified across my Amazon devices when it's done. Overall it has been a 10/10… if I move any time in the next few years, I am taking this range with me!
