Great tvs for the price

I upgraded from a Samsung 55 inch TV that was a later model to a brand new 75 inch Samsung UHD 4K. It’s so clear it’s almost like you’re there in the surround system that comes stock with the TV since it’s so big is also amazing. We definitely recommend. 15 stars out of 10!

A must have!!!

I enjoy the fact that the operating system now allows selecting my cable package just like a streaming app.  My other Samsung requires switching inputs or moving to app selection. The picture is excellent

Great picture and easy to use

Love my Samsung 65 in TV, love all my Samsung stuff my watch,my phone my TV my soundbar, now I'm just looking for a Samsung 43 inch TV for my bedroom got to save money for that unless Samsung's going to send me one because I got so many of their other products LOL let me know I'll give you my address no I love all Samsung stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Crystal UHD series is designed to bring 4K clarity and smart TV features to the mainstream market without the premium price tag of Samsung’s QLED or OLED models. After spending some time with it, here’s what stands out.

Picture Quality

The Crystal UHD TVs deliver sharp 4K resolution that looks crisp and detailed, especially with native 4K content. Samsung’s Crystal Processor 4K also does a good job upscaling HD shows and movies, so even older content looks cleaner. Color performance is a highlight — PurColor and Dynamic Crystal Color tech help produce rich, vibrant tones that are a big step up from basic entry-level TVs.

HDR support is present, and it makes bright scenes pop with better contrast. However, since this is still a standard LED panel without advanced dimming zones, dark scenes can look a little flat compared to premium TVs.

Samsung’s Tizen OS continues to be one of the best smart TV platforms out there. It’s quick, responsive, and packed with apps like Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube right out of the box. Voice assistant integration (Alexa, Google Assistant, or Bixby) adds convenience for hands-free control

The Samsung Crystal UHD TV is a great choice if you want a reliable, affordable 4K smart TV that still looks stylish and delivers strong everyday performance. It’s perfect for streaming, sports, and casual gaming, though cinephiles or competitive gamers may want to invest in higher-end QLED or OLED models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this TV as a prize from a work event. I was very excited as my previous TV was on the decline and was very laggy. When setup this new TV was snappy and intuitive. It even connects seamlessly with my Galaxy series phone! The screen looks great and the colors pop. The amount of apps is very helpful, giving access to all the content we want.

The only things that I can critique right now would be the slight difficulty in switching to other connected devices and the auto selection feature it makes when certain things to get connected.

Overall, it is a very good TV and would recommend.

Really solid UHD TV

Love being able to stream shows and live TV. Aircast my phone to watch the football game . 

The one knock I do have about the TV is the color black on the TV sometimes registers funny. The picture quality is amazing though and the speakers in the TV are great.

Once this TV gives out I plan on replacing it with another great Samsung product.

Crystal Clear

Great hardware brought down by awful programming

The picture is clear, but the UI is cumbersome, lethargic, and just altogether bad. Most times, I will turn on my TV and select the app I would like to use, only for the TV to decide I must not have wanted to, say, watch YouTube, but apparently resume the end in credits to whatever I was watching on Netflix last night. I use an Xbox and switch between a TV in my bedroom and the living room. Every time I go to select the Xbox input on the Samsung, its a chore filled with back sliding. First, the TV will not necessarily recognize that a device is plugged in. So, you manually switch to it, and then it recognizes you have one of the most common devices in the country plugged in, so naturally it... takes you to their native gaming hub, where your Xbox is labeled as an input (even though you had already selected it) only their Hub has its own console-less Xbox experience that uses the exact same icon. I can't think of why I would ever want to be on their gaming hub, since  I definitely already have a console, but there's even more frustrating news. Suppose your wife comes home and she wants to watch her Netflix show again. So you press "home" on the remote 7 times before you remember, ahh yes, "Gaming hub" is where "home" goes, and wont take you to the regular Home. 

Compare to my ancient TCL roku TV where you can pin HDMI 1 - even if nothing is plugged in - as a channel/app right next to YouTube, Netflix, whatever. I love my Samsung phone, my Samsung soundboard, and my Samsung earbuds, I really thought I would love my Samsung TV. What a huge disappointment.

A beautiful, frustrating mess

Cannot get some steaming services it wont let me add them such as Paramount Plus and Marquee. Also when using the remote which has been replaced twice you can not just go up and down to channels it jumps fron live tv to samsung plus (remote has been replaced twice)

Streaming service

65’’ qled to basic 55 ‘’ all of my TV’s run extremely slow when trying to navigate with the remote. So slow it is aggravating and wish I had bought another brand. I’ve replaced batteries, bought new remotes and did all the software updates. I’m very dissatisfied!
