The Samsung TV comes loaded with a lot of material, including music channels, movies and TV shows. The quality of the image is deluxe. The screen is very easily damaged. Handle from edges only.

More Than Good Hardware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with my Samsung TV! The picture quality is amazing the colors are vibrant, bright, and very clear. The contrast makes movies and shows look great, and everything looks super sharp in 4K resolution. I especially love the smooth refresh rate because sports, movies, and streaming look so fluid with no lag or blur.

The sound and smart features are also easy to use, and the setup process was simple. This TV has completely upgraded my viewing experience and looks beautiful in my living room. Definitely worth the purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a replacement for an older Samsung 75" TV (still working great!).  Was surprised and pleased with the improvement in the sharpness of the picture, and even a bit better with the sound (without additional speaker system). Very easy software updates, and setup.  I had it from box to setup complete in less than an hour.  In the past I've had to access GOOGLE for instructions for setup.  This one I just followed the menu & instructions.

Have yet to use some of the features.

Love this TV. Husband is so happy with all the features. Only problem was with the first delivery, it arrived shattered. SAMS was awesome to resend without charging us shipping only after we returned the shattered TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vibrant picture and resolution, but dark scenes can be problematic, and this TV has NO optical audio outlet, so it doesn't really work with sound systems other than Samsung's. Streaming works well, but the OS isn't really intuitive, so it takes a bit of work to figure out how to do things. This TV is great for any service using a set top box, which solves the audio issues.

Solid entry level TV

If I could say one thing for it to be better on is the response time on the OS of the t.v. Sometimes I would like to just change the channel in less then some seconds but the little lag it has to switch menus is time consuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owning 4 Samsung tv’s, this one has the slowest  internet acquisition speed.
I use lan connections to my 1 gig fiber service . the tv browser typically reports a 50 to 60 mbs speed test.
Picture quality is good but UHD sometimes suffers due to slow speed
Stations that are received via outdoor antenna are good though the source is 60 miles away.
On rare occasions sound fails to come up with the picture and a recycle of the channel fixes the problem.

Ok features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture itself is very nice and crisp. Dark blacks, plenty of color/contrast options. However, the menu interface is awful. Non intuitive. No way to just disable the nonsense AI and it dumps ads all over your Home Screen. The layout and background in the Home Screen looks very dated and it is slow. Slow to turn on. Slow to load the Home Screen. Slow to switch channels when on air.

Basically a great hardware experience mangled by awful software.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is clear, bright, and flawless. Audio is crisp and easily understood.
The user interface is horrible! It's counter-intuitive,  far too complicated, and opaque. Compared to previous interfaces, it's a total failure. It seems like someone at Samsung told the programmers to make the device as hard to use as possible, and they exceeded their assignment. 
For example, on previous models the Home screen featured a horizontal row of icons representing all channels, apps, and functions. The new one shows a horizontal list of streaming channels at the bottom under three buttons labeled "For You," "Live", and "Apps."
So YouTube is right there, but Tubi, Peacock, and Sling are on another page.
This is just another example of how often designers confuse overly complicated with easy to use and enjoyable.

Interface too complicated and nonintuitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to address my previous Samsung 75” tv.  After 18 months the screen literally fell from the base. FELL and broke.  Do you think Samsung stood behind their product? Nope! After numerous calls with promises of a return call from the acceleration dept.  I am still waiting.  a month later.  So, if you buy a Samsung tv don’t expect them to do anything when something goes wrong! I wish there was a way to include a picture.
