Front load Samsung dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washing machine I have ever owned! The capacity, the amount of clothes that it holds is huge for a home washing machine. The Cycles are really great and varied; the short cycle,  when speed is important, whenever I need something done really quick and the deep cycle which lasts close to 2 hours, but I know my clothes are clean after that! It is a  high efficiency washer, so it saves on electricity,  another plus!

But what I got excited about was the music it played when done and then get this-they talk to my phone and let me know they are done. What!

The smart features are not the best on the dryer or washer, connecting your smart phone to the washer or dryer isn’t as user friendly as it sounds, once connected to you’re unable to start or restart a cycle from your phone or smart device.

Smart but not smart enough!

The smart features help when you’re busy doing other things around the house letting you know when to clean drum and laundry done. The only disadvantage is there is no drum light to see if you have missed an item left behind.

Samsung are by far the worst appliances that exist. We bought a new home back in 2021. The home was just one year old and all the appliances are Samsung. This year (exactly on the 6th year of the appliances, just shy of the extended warranty deadline ) we had our fridge broken down beyond repair. Our Stove has serious problems where if we build water or any thing that produces steam in the back burners the panel and oven completely stops working. And now the latest is our washer that started leaking, and also has balance problems, where the entire house shakes when we are doing even the small load. Samsung appliances never again.
