This is my second Samsung front load washing machine.  I liked the first one so much I ordered another one, even though it was hard to get this machine at this time.  I prefer the front load machine over the top loading type and this one is so quiet you hardly know it is running.

I tried short quick wash on dirty clothes and came perfectly clean.   No noise is heard beyond quiet swish of drum turning water if standing directly next to machine  no vibration.  If i am not sure i pushed start I actually have to walk back to look in front window of washer just to be reassure it is running because it is so quiet sure it is running.  Ergonomically designed easy to operation. All around beautiful machine, I'm in ❤️ love

CAPACITY!! SOOO LARGE

It runs surprisingly quiet and handles my endless overly filled big loads without struggling. not to mention the amount of dog hair it runs thru it , even so clothes come out clean every time. The vibration control helps, but you do need it level or you'll notice movement and some clatter. Cycles can feel a bit long and there are no smart features, but if you just want something reliable that works without fuss, it does exactly that.

Quiet washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer can hold 10 or more pairs of blue jeans and clean all of them. 12 or more bigger towels the fluffy giant ones! Its amazing how much it can wash but not just that, I don't use any fancy sprays or bleach except for bleaching kitchen or bathroom rags for sanitary reasons and all of my clothes come out like new with just some good laundry soap and a good softener and you can wash your whole wardrobe in a load or two!

Reliable and Whisper-Quiet Performance

I was excited to get this new Samsung machine. My old one, also a Samsung died after 14 years of use and I was happy with that one. 
I am disappointed that the new machine does not let me select a cold rinse for every cycle. It only rinses the laundry cold when selecting cold as the wash temperature, so no hot wash & cold rinse or even warm wash &cold rinse is possible. The laundry always comes steaming warm. It would be more energy efficient if the cold rinse could be used at all wash temperatures.

Quiet when spinning!!

The second one broke the spider arm after 5.5 years of service to a family or four.  I would love to go back to a top load washer and dryer but my utility room will not accommodate them.
