I bought this monitor for work and went back within 3 days and bought another for personal use. I love the visibility, as this has helped my eyes tremendously.  It's sleek and a perfect size for viewing spreadsheets, etc.

Beautiful Monitor and Value!

I love the curved screen and it is three inches larger than my prior monitor. Am blind in one eye and somehow it helps me read much better.

This monitor is a perfect size and the picture is really sharp.  There are plenty of choices and settings.  Was not hard to set up and fits perfectly on my desk.  For the price I am very satisfied with my purchase

New Monitor

I had a lot of expectations from this monitor. While I am keeping the monitor and am using it I am not very thrilled about it. 

Firstly the good aspects of this purchase:

The delivery was scheduled for 10 days and I really wanted this sooner. So, I was glad when the shipping was done earlier than expected and I received it almost 5 days before it was indicated. So, that part was good.

The delivery guy placed it on my porch as if it was for showroom display for anyone to just frisk it away, but that was the UPS guy, so I do not hold it against Sams Club or Samsung.

The monitor was well packed and it was very light, that was very good.

I was able to install it very quickly, although the stand fitting needed a little adjustment.

The monitor came on and looked good. I was afraid that there would be glare, but was relieved to see that this was not the case. The curved display was good. From this part of it I am really satisfied with it.

Now for the negatives:

- The height of the monitor cannot be adjusted. Yes, I did notice this in the details on the site, but I then thought I may not need it. But it would have been good to have, for the next reason.
- This monitor *does* appear to tilt forward slightly - about a degree or two. It may be a perception because of the lack of height adjustment or tilt adjustment. For display monitors you tend to look straight, ideally - eye level - or a shade up. This monitor makes you look down slightly. Maybe it is for this reason, or there is a real tilt - I am not exactly sure, but it does appear to lean forward. Now, without a height adjustment or tilt adjustment there are no options to change this. You have to place some object below to have a comfortable line of sight. This is its major drawback. I did see a posting on the comments section where someone had asked this same question and someone else responded that there was a way to tilt it back up, so I did not think much of it. But you cannot. I think the curved shape adds to this perception. Samsung has put in so much of work on the display parts of this, but they should have given a little bit more attention to the ergonomic aspect of this monitor.

Good Monitor, but not as ergonomic

Refresh rate is nice, along with dual input option (HDMI and VGA). Price was excellent (on sale). But my only quip is when you shut it off, power button is in the back, making it a bit difficult to do so, and when you do manage to turn it off, if you do in VGA mode, that’s how it turns back on, and then it have to reset it up.

Nice for the price

I had to return this monitor due to the design that made it unusable for me. I purchased it as a secondary monitor for working at home. I use both my laptop monitor and a secondary. The Samsung is angled downward from its base. As you can see from the picture, I had to prop up the front of the monitor so that I was looking straight on at the monitor as well as have books underneath the base to bring the monitor to a good eye level and above my laptop monitor. Then I was concerned about the monitor falling backward off my desk, so put a barstool behind it for the few days I used it before returning it. A little crazy to have to go these lengths. And still, I ended up with a back ache I've never experienced because unconsciously, I leaned back from the monitor's closeness. Depending how you're using this monitor, it might work for you, but it really is angled down which I dismissed as only one other review mentioned this so I thought it was minimal or just perspective. 
Also, the controls are on a toggle and while minimal extra time, I really just want to push a button for on/off and don't want to mess with getting the control menu to pop up and then toggle to turn off. And I don't want a light on when the monitor is off--especially not a blue light which indicates power to me. That alone wasn't reason to return but a minor annoyance given all the other issues.

Great Picture Poor Design

The monitor pedestal is too short, tilts the monitor down and has no adjustments available.  It is very poorly designed.

Bad physical design

The picture is pretty sharp, but the tilt functionality is very poor, it is kind of tilted toward the floor and can not be adjusted. It looks like it is designed to be used on a high shelf above your desk :(

The curved screen itself is very nice but it has a Bad angle toward you looking down at the desk below. Worst part is it’s fixed in place with no way to adjust the angle of the screen or the height of the monitor. I returned mine.

Bad angle and not adjustable at all

Less than 1 month since i purchased this monitor i got a line across the monitor right through the middle. Tech support saids it might be the connector chord. I tried a brand new one. Line is still there. If i pressed too hard, it feels it its gonna go through the front. Very disappointed. I had to send it in for service.
