This iron is exceptional! Do not be swayed by the lack of a dial - it somehow senses the material and adjusts temperature accordingly. It has a great weight and does half of the work for you. I highly recommend  this product.

Great steamer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 10 years, our old iron finally died.  When getting a new one, we wanted something featuring newer technology and this iron was the perfect find.  First, this iron doesn’t have a confusing thermostat… it doesn’t have a thermostat at all.  It just works on everything from a single setting.  Second, it works upright to steam a hanging suit.  It holds plenty of water to iron a bunch of things at once.  The tip is really narrow helping me get a perfect steamed crease on my suit pants.  I look forward to using this for decades to come!

Amazing iron for all fabrics

Every Sunday Ironing the clothes is an hour long program. I have used two other brands in the past and Rowenta is a new brand to me. The very first thing I observed is the sleek design and the weight of the iron. It is not too heave but a little heavier the ones I have used in the past. This is a plus because it holds and sets the crease well on the dress pants and shirts making my jobs easier. I do not have to go over the crease multiple number of time.

Little pricey but highly Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the idea of this Iron having smart temp technology. I like not having to worry about damaging different materials. I'm still just slightly undecided on that feature because I didn't notice a big difference in how hot it felt switching to different fabrics. I love the design of it and that it isn't heavy at all. I do wish the cord was just a bit longer though. I also really love the fact that the water reservoir has a snap tight lid. I didn't experience any leaking or spitting of water when I used it either which is great!

Pretty Neat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rowenta's iron is a nice iron with a simple design, lightweight composition, and easy to use. 

While the Rowenta iron does not offer a setting for different fabric materials, this is perhaps the most off-setting attribute of the product. The iron just doesn't seem to get hot enough for cotton blends with the fabrics finishing crisp. 

We genuinely enjoy the Rowenta iron but will need more time to figure out how to best get fabrics to look crisper with the limited settings.

Nice Iron, No Fabric Setting is Offputting

I bought this iron less than 2 months ago. It looked used when I opened the box. It does not stay on and it leaks. I have yet to get wrinkles out of any clothes. The temperature selection feature is weird it is either normal or echo whatever that means. No fabric selection feature is available. I deeply regret my purchase. Unfortunately for me, I cannot return it because the box it came in was discarded. Maybe I got a defective one. I have purchased Rowenta irons in the past but this one is a disappointment.
