I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the chairs.
They're very sturdy and the seats are high quality.
I do have what seems to be a common complaint.
the furniture smells awful of stain.
I've been airing them out before assembling all the chairs.
Today I noticed some marks on the wood seat back,
it seems to be used? There are marks that would be similar
to something used as a display maybe?
Only two of the chairs are like this,
dirty looking right where you grab hold when moving the chair.
I will be contacting the company tomorrow.

Sturdy well-built set...but...

I love this set and it's just the right size to fit in my kitchen.

Counter height table & chairs

Excellent quality product with leather seating surfaces, easy assembly. very well packed This furniture maker should be commended for making such a quality product at an affordable price. We will definitely be buying more from them. Thanks to Sams for great pricing We are very happy.

Pleasantly surprised.

If it wasn't for a factory defect in one of the chairs I would give it a five-star. One chair has the screw holes for the bracing in the wrong location. Outside of that is a great dinette set for the price
Unfortunately the factory defect make the bracing set all cockeyed in one chair. It's too much trouble to send it back so I just turn that chair to the back wall out of sight out of mind. But bang for the buck I'm satisfied.

Good deal

It took hours to put this together as things were not cut correctly! We just started to put this together and we started with the table. The legs have large space where  leg is suppose to fit tight to brace.  3 of the 4 legs have this issue . See photo showing space is more than 1”. Now the chairs. It tells you to secure front legs before placing braces in. Not possible must do this first. Even then the braces don’t fit in properly.Glad I purchased extended warranty as I don’t think this set will hold up. Time will tell and  I will post about it.

Pieces not cut to fit properly

One of the chairs and legs came damaged. Customer service is taking a long time to respond.

Damaged parts

Some prior reviews noted the bad smell from this set but we decided to purchase anyway. Those reviews are accurate. The smell faded after a few days so consider unboxing it and letting it air out before setting up in your home; I had a headache for a half day after being up close and personal with the pieces during the hour or two of assembly time. The set arrived in good condition (it is definitely well packaged) and all parts were present with no damage. Also, a complaint about the chair assembly instructions which are not clear enough about how to position the front legs. The set is nice enough, serving our need well at this point but beware the strong smell at the start.

Bad smell on a good set

I was so happy to receive my dinette set, very upset when it was put together . Three of the chair front legs was too short . Causing the chairs to look like they are ready to fall apart.

Up set with the out come of ,  my dinette set.

Bad product and bad service. 1st table was scratched and second was broken and third having difficulty scheduling the delivery. Nightmare!!
