I buy this update each year from Sam’s Club because it is cheaper than renewing through intuit by a significant amount. Yes, I have a little extra time that I have to spend on the phone with tech support but it is worth the savings. This year I had to order it through the mail as it was not available in the store. Not sure why, maybe an inventory issue. But I got it within 3 days. I will purchase aga8n next year as I need the payroll section to be up to date.

Very satisfied with this purchase

QuickBooks has always been an excellent bookkeeping software.  They have made it difficult in loading the payroll when purchased with the bookkeeping.  You get a disk, but it is worthless.  Might as well not put it in the drive.  They make you have to call to get the "key" for the payroll and if you have more than one (1) employee they don't tell you that until you call.  You're charged monthly for more than one employee so you are going to end up paying a monthly fee if you have 2 employees.  Evidently no more buy the software and use it until you have to update.  Guess they aren't making enough money.  I think that will make us use another method if we go to over 1 employee.

I spent a great deal of time wandering through help screens in search of a phone number. The only phone numbers available are for scammers so beware !! I attempted to use the chat feature, was told by Al-Rashid that I would get help and waited with no response
