I recently tried the Quest Bake Shop 10g muffins, and they’re a perfect snack! Despite being only 10 grams, they’re surprisingly flavorful and satisfying. They’re very handy to have on hand for busy days. I toss a few in my bag or desk drawer for a quick, healthy treat. They’re a great way to enjoy a sweet snack without feeling guilty, offering good value for the portion size. Definitely a must-try for anyone looking for tasty, portable, and portion-controlled snacks!

I thought they would lack in flavor but they were yum.

Tastes good. The chocolate chip when heated is really good. It’s like eating a small cake, but getting protein from the cake. The blueberry is alright but doesn’t taste much like blueberries.

Chocolate chip is as good as cake

These muffins are sugar-free and have ten grams of protein per muffin. They are on the smallish side, like the size of a homemade cupcake or maybe even a little smaller. But the taste is not bad. They are not super moist... in fact, I would never describe them as moist at all... but I would probably buy them again.

Not super moist, but tasty

As someone who has tried plenty of the Quest product line, I was really hoping these would perfectly fill the ‘breakfast treat’ gap.  However, although tasting alright - they are incredibly dry.  Make sure you have a cup of coffee or glass of water to help wash these down.

Quest Muffins - Almost a dream come true.

We normally love Quest products. These are good and a good amount of protein but the muffins in the red packages had a chemical type smell when opening. I am hoping this is not always the case because they taste pretty ok. The ones in blue are delicious and didn't have the odor.

Trying to eat, healthier but on occasion, I want an indulgence without the sacrifice. This is not it (for me). I will just do without (if this is it)

Aftertaste

These muffins are so dry. If you think Popeye’s biscuits are bad, they have nothing on these muffins.
