Prime Series Conventional Motor Oil's anti-wear additives provide excellent wear protection of critical engine parts. A high level of dispersancy in Prime Series Motor Oils protects against deposit and sludge formation in stop-and-go driving, sustained high-temperature operation, and protects against corrosion. Their excellent high-temperature oxidation stability helps prevent viscosity increase and oil gelling in the crankcase. They help keep PCV systems clean to maintain smooth engine performance. Like that I can get the 5W-20, but wish my sams club in kcks would start stocking it or let me order it and ship to kcks store.

Good oil

Bought this after getting tired of paying high prices for “name brand.” Zero complaints and engine runs just as clean or cleaner than higher prices oils.

Great oil!

I've found this to be an ideal motor oil to run in my 2002 Honda Accord.  It has over 300k miles and I've been running Prime Series for the last 40k miles consistently with a Fram filter.  Absolutely no oil leaks or problems of any kind.  Seems like good oil to me and the price is great!

Sams Prime Series Oil

Use it to change my oil on my truck. Good product and value

I've been using this oil for years, the price just went up but so did everything else.  It is still the best deal on oil out there, trust me I shopped it.  This oil meets all the guidelines that oil that costs 3 times as much meet, that tells me it is basically the same!  It works great in my mini-van and I like the 1 quart bottles vs the big jugs.  They sell other viscosities too, I use the 10-40 in my motorcycle, and my truck uses the 5-30.

Decent oil, poor leaky packaging

I purchased a set from  sams  local store but after putting them in the trunck of my car, the bottles inside the box spilled throught the box and soacked the carpet of my trunck with oil making a big mess. Better buy a respectful brand that will save you the hustle of cleaning.
