I love the fact that there are 3 bags and not one large one, as I was able to share with my daughter. These are absolutely yummy. You can munch on them as they are or add them to a salad or smoothie.

"From farm to table!"

GREAT item GREAT price.  I have shopped for flaxseed for my cardiac diet and most stores that even have them, they are quite expensive.  I saw this on Sams website and thought it was the size of their bulk spices.  When I got it, it was HUGE and I was so surprised at the quantity and quality for the price.  I put some in freezer bags to assure freshness and the rest I use a little each day after grinding the seeds in my coffee grinder.  Thank you Sam's Club.

GREAT Item, GREAT Price

Good quality and i like the amount, it last me longer for the price. I didn’t like that it wasn’t ground but it was my mistake for not catching it. But for the price and quality it is good. It is as good as the expensive brands. I found a way to I buy and ship this, Sam unfortunately stopped shipping at DPO/APO/FPO. It’s a bummer. Support those that sacrifice overseas please.

Good source for fiber

I grind 1 cup of seeds in a coffee grinder every week and then refrigerate them so they stay fresh. Each morning I sprinkle 1 tbsp on oatmeal.  The high fiber content replaces taking MiraLAX and the health benefits are great too. Win Win!

This is very nice flax seed.  It is clean, nicely packaged and has a good flavor.  I use it mostly in smoothies and it works great.  The price is nice too and it ships quickly.

Good Quality Flax Seed

Extremely large package but we just blend a bit in our blender or bullet, and put that portion in the fridge for use. We keep the large container in a cool dry place. Should last a long time!

Bang for your buck

Price is right, but I can't get it to open. It also looks a little filthy, mix with dust or something since I can't open it I can't really tell. Decided to return it.
