Good product

So, I actually paid for this with my own money. I did NOT receive this as a gift so I genuinely mean what I am about to say. This blew my mind. I have medium/coarse hair with medium/thick density and have a tendency for dry, frizzy, wavy hair and most products that cleanse my hair don't hydrate and those that leave my hair moisturized usually leave it greasy. This cleaned my hair and left it so moisturized! Even before the conditioner. Smelt amazing and with the conditioner, I didn't need my leave ins and had sooo much softness and shine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thin, damaged wavy hair. The ends are dry yet it gets oily fast. It is hard to find hair products that don't weigh it down but smooth it out. This shampoo and conditioner do. My hair felt very soft and I felt it tamed the frizz. I only apply a very small amount of conditioner to the ends and wash out. Unfortunately it is a bit heavy for my hair. Though it is softer it is definitely flatter. I will definitely continue using but for very thin oily hair like mine it may be a bit heavy. The packaging Is great and the price is good for the amount you get.

Luxury for less

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very moisturizing and my hair feels very clean after. I appreciate that it's sulfate free, like the conditioner it takes a little longer to wash out probably due to the oil blend but leaves my hair very soft and not stripped

Great shampoo

This product is for truly damaged hair which my hair is not. I have fine hair which gets oily easily and this product does not give me a lasting clean.

Good for dry damaged hair.

This was not for my hair. I have dry, damaged hair and I wanted to like this so much but it really damaged my hair even more. My hair felt like straw and had a lot of breakage after using this shampoo and the conditioner didnt make it any better. I'm still trying to get it back to what it was before I used this! I have fine hair but thick, or at least it was thick! I found it very harsh and the sulfate free just stripped my hair. Becareful with this!

This is the worst shampoo and conditioner I've ever used. I typically like Pantene so when I see it at Sam's Club, I bought it. I paid $25 for both of these bottles. I am returning them after three uses. This combo leaves my hair extremely tangled and extremely coarse when wet. There is no silky smooth feeling after rinsing. I've even tried using a second conditioner afterwards, but this shampoo apparently has already done its evil. My hair feels coated and dry and that is while wet. I pull my hair out trying to use a wide tooth comb. No way can I use a brush. Definitely, not good for severely damaged hair even though the label says it is. I'm not sure what type of hair would benefit from this combo.
