We buy this and shave off what we want to eat and keep the rest in the freezer. Great for feeding big crowds, parties, tailgates...etc. Cooks up great on the griddle or in a skillet on the stove. You just heat it up and cook it to your liking, we like it a little crispy. They used to sell it sliced which was much easier to handle. It needs to stay frozen at all times, if not it turns into mush. We can feed 20 - 30 people approx 3 times on one cone. We actually used a clean reciprocating saw and cut it in 3 pieces for easier handling.

Great taste. Lasts a long time in freezer.

I cook it on my grill rotisserie. It's great! Wish they sold them at my club. I always pick one up when I visit my parents and drive it 200 miles home.
