With the subtle flavor profile this tastes like a smores! Perfect caramel brown coloring and smell makes it enticing. It does finish with a more traditional whiskey flavor of oak and char. Good "desert" whiskey for the price.

Man. How can I consider myself a bourbon drinker, when I was so late to the party on this one?  Old Forester 1910 has everything I love in a bourbon. Carmel, butterscotch, a little spice. Delicious. Old forester 1910 is one of my favorite double oaked bourbons. It is at a great price point considerably cheaper than woodford double oaked and I like it much better. The proof is very easy to sip on and you get a ton of oak, chocolate, vanilla, and the typical banana that comes through in old forester products.
