i took a binder 4 hours later.  just incase i had parasites. They have a record  of  exploding  and releasing  toxins  also there  eggs. 
    The binder helps poop that all out.

Unfortunately I havent used it long enough to determine if they are useful to me or not. I was taking it for a cough I have as a result of a respiratory illness. I think I need more time to determine if they are helping the situation.

This was shipped in a box with bulk size canned goods it completely crushed the vitamin bottle and the soft gels inside! maybe packers should be a little bit more than just throwing in the box
