If you watch any video reviews online, you'll have a good idea of how this exercise bike performs and feels.  It did take a long time to do software updates, but it boots up faster than the iFit treadmill we have from NordicTrack.  Assembly was fairly easy, although they don't clean the paint from the threads so some screws bind up before the thread lock patch engages and here was one assembly step for the monitor that did not show the same cable routing as my monitor came with.  Otherwise I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

its great the new software crashes a lot but overall great

I was a distance runner my whole life but needed to give my knees a break in my mid-60’s. I power walk a few miles everyday with my dog, but I missed the aerobic benefit of running and didn’t want the typical gym experience. 
The S22i has been an excellent addition to my weekly exercise routine. Easy to use, and easy to modify workouts if needed. What I enjoy most is the automated resistance and incline/decline feature— and the many scenic ride series available. No spin class boredom!

I am very happy with my new Nordictrack bike! I have ridden almost every day since I got it in early January! I have gone to Tuscany, rode the 50 mile Gran Fondo in Charleston and am doing studio workouts that are kicking my butt! I have also branched out into yoga and Pilates. 
I am happy to be able to workout at home and still have the stimulation of being with great trainers who are always encouraging and fun. I highly recommend getting a Nordictrack bike!

Love love love

The bike is a good bike and great with Ifit....when it works. Ifit quit working and trying to get a hold of an actual person took 1/2 hour after getting bounced around from person to person. After it was restored, I was the only one that could use it. My other user is locked out. Ugh!

Nice Bike

Assembly was a joke.
The handle bar stem was unable to fit into the molded plastic support tube because the tube was not engineered for it. I spent 6-8 hours using a rasp to file down the opening so it would fit. Ridiculous!!!
I should have taken photos as I see now that they could have been posted.
It's in place and ready to use but I haven't plugged it in, I have my fingers crossed everything will work as advertised.

Manufacturing mistake.

This is my second NordicTrack product, and my S22 purchase was based on how much I like out treadmill. 
The iFit programs are terrific and have the versatility I like.
Unlike the treadmill, the S22i has some technical problems that are making the cycle difficult to use. 
1. The video is glitchy, often pausing or freezing during the workouts. It is not an internet issue.
2. 50 rides in, and the resistance motor is making a loud clicking noise, and recently just stopped working. 

I rated a 3 because I do really like the Nordictrack products overall. The issues on my cycle are disruptive to usage, but I am confident that the company will get this taken care of. If not, I'll update my review.

Excellent Workouts - Glitchy Technical Issues

This bike is great and I love the classes and trails. But I highly recommend getting a 4-7 year extended warranty. I've had to use my extended warranty for service about 3-4 times. I bought the bike in 2019 and I just scheduled the 4th service for the bike. The first three had to do with a clicking the pedals were making. The couldn't figure out what the problem was until the repair person came out for the 3rd time. Now, the incline isn't working and they told me the incline motor is dead or dying, so repair is coming out to my home this week. Luckily, I had purchased an extended warranty, otherwise I'd be spending just as much on repair as I did on the bike itself.
