I never received through influenster but I was really good at convincing my family that we needed to get one. It was a fairly easy process to assemble so don't be intimidated. One of the features I love is the temperature control you get the benefit of cooking like you would if it wan an oven BUT it's grilled. Yes read that again!! This was pure genius.

So easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for cold temperatures. Heated up so fast. The ninja doesn't have a smart app so we are having to use a smart thermometer to help with that. You would hope it would be included for such an expensive piece. Our traeger had it however that sucker took forever to get to temp so each have their pros and cons. We are so happy with this and cannot thank Influenster enough. It's gonna be well used. Also, this thing is a beast haha was not expecting it to be this big.

Itnis easy to start if  you follow the instructions. I love the big pan to catch the grease when cooking things like burgers. Makes cleaning a little easier.  I love the thick durable grates to grill food on. The side table is a good size.  Its easy to move around and the front doors are easy to put on and use.  It has a good spot.to secure your tank on with a flexible hose.  Over all I highly recommend this grill

Ninja force flex grill with smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty unit that does so much, its amazing! You can grill, roast, and has a spot for pellets that feed into it so its a smoker. You can use as a griddle or even a pizza oven however the griddle and pizza stone are sold separately but still how awesome is that. It will offer information on the screen that is very helpful such as close the lid when it time to heat up the inside, it shows the temperature as its heating and flashs what your temp you set it for. All options are clearly marked on the cooking unit so it easy to use.
The instructions to put it together are very good, it also provides a link to a 3-D video which helped a lot. All the parts are lettered and they even include the tools needed. It will take two people to lift it up onto the frame other than that part it took about an hour all together to get it up and running. We are over the top happy with this and can't wait for spring and summer we will use to cook everything. I highly recommend this Ninga Flexflame outdoor cooking system.

It's not just a regular grill - it can grill, griddle, roast, and handle pretty much anything without needing separate equipment. It heats up quickly and gets really hot، which makes a huge difference when you actually want a proper sear and even cooking.

I made steak on it and it turned out so good. the outside had that perfect crust and the inside stayed juicy and tender. It had that smoky، grilled flavor that tastes like it came from a restaurant. Definitely one of the best steaks i've made at home.  

I also really like how easy it is to control the temperature and switch between cooking styles. It feels well made، powerful، and not complicated to use. Cleanup is simple too، which makes using it 100x better. It just makes outdoor cooking easier and better.

Outdoor Cooking Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intimidated when it came time to put this together but the instructions were so pleasantly simple that it was a fun thing to put together. I didn't require any extra tools and I set a timer to see how long it would take to assemble. From start to finish, I took approx 1hr and 20 minutes. Granted, I was in no rush and enjoying the assembly.

The smoker feature is really cool and does require you to plug it in so that the fan can run and circulate the smoke. 

The footprint and size feels standard and I actually thought it was smaller than I had anticipated which is a good thing. 

Once it was put together, my partner and I were able to move and lift it fairly easily. But it is definitely a 2 person job.

When It came to cooking, there's an app that helps you monitor the temperature and there's also a digital display for temperatures by the smoker. Everything worked smoothly and I was able to enjoy some fish and vegetables on the grill (I live in Michigan and only recently did the temperature allow for this to be assembled and used)

Great sized and innovative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooks nice and even due to the convection. It cooks fast when you want it to but great for using low and slow for barbecue. The wood cup needs to be bigger so it doesn't need refilled every 30 minutes. Good size and easy to use.

Great all around option

item arrived quickly, great packaging to avoid damage, easy to assemble.
Cons
item has full coverage stickers on both side tables, across front of lid and front of side tables that are almost impossible to remove without leaving the glue from the stickers on the stainless steel surfaces. I actually spent about 2 hrs assembling and over 5 hrs removing the glue from the stickers on the stainless steel. 
The really crazy part is the stickers on the plastic parts were cling labels and not adhesive labels.

Nice Grill, Poor thought in Stickers on stainless

We purchased this grill in mid March 2026 on Sam's website. Sounds like a great grill and we have enjoyed other Nija products over the years. It was delivered on time and pretty easy to assemble. Although there were a few minor differences between the actual product and the instructions, they were minor and they did not deter us. The app was useful as well. But the final step was to remove the stickers that were all over the grill, ranging in size from smaller than an iphone to about 11x17 inches. These stickers were very difficult to get off because of the industrial strength glue that was used, and once we managed to peel them off with great difficulty a layer of seemingly impossible to remove glue remained on the grill. We tried and tried to get the glue off to no avail using various chemicals and elbow grease. So at this point we still haven't used the grill. Very disappointed I must say. Trying to decide if we need to get a razor tool to scrape the glue off. I'm surprised Ninja let this happen.
