Great grill. Cooks super hot, best steaks we ever cooked. Burgers, chicken, and lamb also great. We had an issue with thermometer after a rain and customer service sent us a new one immediately. Grill was easy to assemble.

Worth the price on sale!! $400 bargain

Something is systematically wrong with the design. The burners will start sounding like a flamethrower at the smallest gust or even when you open the lid too quickly at times. You have to turn them off then back on to get them to burn cleanly, then it happens again. This is a rampant problem you can find all over the internet with this grill or in the Napoleon Grill subreddit. Really disappointed.

Design Flaw - breeze causes burners to malfunction

Do not waste your time.  I ordered this online and had it delivered.  It had a small broken part which I understand, it happens.  I called the manufacturer and sat on hold for over 20 minutes.  Sam's is great, so far, as I am waiting for the manual return process.  My options were to return for a refund or have it replaced.  I'm not interested in replacing this if it is going to be a pain to get replacement parts from the manufacturer. 2 hours wasted putting this together
