Owned for a couple years and other than the fan failing it's been the most reliable laptop I have owned and has the power to play all the games I want to. I have been supremely happy with my purchase.

My daughter loves her laptop! However, it heats up rather quickly (no matter what surface it's on) and requires immediate shutdown

It was great pc but on the first day was having software or other issue, it were glitching and was wired performances or i return it. but the built was amazing

Really about Sam's club, not this product,. I bought this item but they didn't really have it or weren't willing or able to find it. So i had to go through waiting around, then getting a refund.

I was very excited to buy this. It seemed powerful and had all the features I was looking for. I'm not super tech savvy, but I am decently able to use a computer. But this thing has had so many issues. It doesn't recognize the charger unless I unplug it from the transformer and plug it back in. It glitches/pixelates when I try to watch Netflix. The screen freezes at random times. I have to hard restart it to get it back. I don't like the keyboard layout. But I could get used to that if it were not for all the technical problems. Has not been a happy purchase.
