There's a million different salts out there, and I've tried them all (it seems) but I keep coming back to Mortons coarse kosher for the consistent taste and quality.

One the Best Kosher Salts on the market

Good stuff

Nice even grains of salt.  Bigger than table salt, but then, that is the difference between the two.

Good salt

Never a problem. Don’t need a lot of this coarse kosher salt to season anything you’re cooking. Taste better once it’s grinder than any table salt. Arrived on time and packed well.

Morton’s Kosher Salt

Good value. Grains seem a little larger now

Great salt

Diamond Crystal was the Kosher salt Sam's used to carry.  Unlike Diamond Crystal, Morton's is very salty and does not dissolve well. In fact for a given volume of salt, Morton's has about 1.5 times the sodium chloride by weight.  A number of online cooking classes  specifically warn against using Morton's Kosher salt, and recommend Diamond Crystal instead.
