High quality, sharp looks, and plenty of grilling space for our needs.  Heats up super fast.  On the LOW setting, temperature reaches 400.  Best grill ever!

Perfect size & great styling!

I saw this in a store and should have bought it then but I waited. I bought it on line and it is just as I wanted and I'm glad I bought it. Works fine for my needs and wants.

WOW, this does such a GREAT job. Cooks evenly and everything we have cooked has such a great smoky taste. We just love it.

Perfect

Bought this 3 week's ago for my deck off kitchen and got here before date promised. Not at all hard to put together. We have the larger members mark bbq in our yard downstairs by pool and loved it so we decided to get the smaller size for upstairs . They cook great! And I love that the sides on the two burner bbq folds down so it takes less space.

Cooks fast!

This grill heats up to 660 degrees..Great searing quality. Love the way it looks.
Needs a more rugged construction

Great grill

After we had the base assembled and cut up the box we discovered that there was damage to the grill part. Had to hammer it back into shape to make it fit to the base and the control panel had some damage also. We contacted the manufacturer and they said would send us a partial refund. A part was missing too

well built, works good but damaged

Although one of the side table arrived with a dent, a replacement was ordered immediately after I called. A little challenging to assemble but worth it as the grill is extremely well constructed and much better than other brands that I have purchased in the past.

Solid construction, easy to keep clean

My old grill of about 20 years, was a Globe Cafe grill and it was about done so I figure I would downsize a little and bought the Sam's Member's Mark Two-Burner Gas Grill. I read reviews on the grill which were favorable.
Order the grill online and picked up at the store. The grill they had ready for me was slightly damaged, you could not extend the right side work area, the bracket was bent. So they wheeled out another one which was fine. After I got it home and set it up found one of the metal cooking grates welds was broke, no big issue.
My biggest problem with the grill is trying to regulate the heat and flare ups. Now to be honest I did change the grill over to natural gas so maybe that's an issue, I wouldn't think it would be. It won't last 20 years like my other grill but it seems to be a good enough for backyard cook outs with burger and hot dogs.

Needs improvements on wheel mounts the wheels broke off first time we moved t . The mount wasn't welded good !!!

I am enjoying the grill, but I give one star because it did not include the hook pegs for the utensils. Now I basically just have one of the arms with tiny holes in it. If the utensil hooks were included (which they should have been) I very well may have given this grill the five stars it deserves.
