They came beautifully packaged. Covered and covered again, with bubble wrap shaped to form the chair. White gloves, and booties also available, which was important for our home with our choice of color, the ivory velvet, which is absolutely gorgeous and stunning.

Classy comfortable the pull ring helps not touch the fabric when pulling out or pushing back. Only one comment the seat needs to have more cushion and support.  Yes, I do recommend these Milano Tufted Dining Chair. I got the gray and looks classy.  I love these chairs!

Beautiful chairs! Arrived quickly. They are as described and are well built. They are already assembled and arrive sufficiently packaged. Very pleased. I bought the ivory. Was pleased there were matching stools and that I was able to get everything on sale. I would recommend.

Fabulous chair set

Were able to get these on sale for $149.  Certainly worth the value! Firm and comfortable. Color was exact too. No assembly (not that we expected any).  Lighter that we thought but still built well.

beautiful, but delivery was bad. Supposed to be deliver August 26, came in 3 different shipments only after calling Sam's club to track the shipment done. last finally arrived Sept 5

When reported to manufacturer-Abbyson, they kept on asking for more and more pics as evidence of damage instead of providing resolution. In the end, I had to return the item.
