With the mix up at purchase, was very frustrating but program is great.

Good and bad

Easy and convenient. The family subscription allows you to have up to 5 devices all with the full Microsoft Suite of applications.

Great Product and Great Value from Sam’s

Needed

If i could use the product it would likely have a 5 rating but after purchasing i found out i cant update my current computer to Windows 10 to be able to use MS 365 and Sam's will not work with  me on a return or refund. Therefore I am now having to spend almost $1,000 more on a new computer system just to be able to use the new software which we were not planning to do until next year. So in addition to not getting a refund, we have lost a month of the 12 month use of the software as we research for a new home desktop computer and get data transferred and new computer setup.
