We purchased a Lexus hybrid SUV a few months ago. Until last week, we hadn't yet purchased tires for it. I went into Sam's Club and received a great deal of help from the Tire Dept. They made great suggestions on which tires were approrpriate for different driving styles (long distance, off road, etc.) and weather conditions (snow, rain, ice, etc.)

We ordered our tires online (we had to) and received notificiation within 3 days that they were at our store. Painless.

Smooth Process

I do rideshare (Uber/Lyft) so I'm putting a lot of miles on my Equinox (90K) and have nothing but positive things to say about these tires.  They have not failed me at all in all kinds of weather, or road conditions, curb checks didn't face these tires either.  I'm due to replace them and I must get them again.  Best set of tires I've ever had.

long lasting tires

Have driven the Michelin 265/70R17 LTX AT/2 tires for 103,000 km and still have a tread life of 45%.  These tires were driven 90% on pavement and 10% off road.  Approx 30% of the km were towing a 27 foot travel trailer.  The tires performed well in dry and wet conditions and in deeper, dry / slushy snow.   I will definitely buy another set,  when required.

These tires provide the best performance.  These were on my 2013 Chevrolet Equinox when I purchased the car, and have been great.  I did the routine tire rotation, and the warranty of 65,000 miles paid off.  When I purchased new tires to replace these, I purchased the very same tire because of the fantastic performance.  These tires provide a smooth ride as if you're riding in a car instead of an SUV.  I would highly recommend these tires to anyone needing new tires for their SUV.

Michelin Latitude Tour Tires

I just corssed over $65K with my Latitudes in my Hylander and they are still running great. Only one flat over 4 years due to a nail. I picked up about 10% on fuel economy as long as I have them all at 30-31 PSI. Excellent for breaking, stop and go in the highway and in the city (NYC). I can't wait to get them replaced but it looks like I can still get about 5K to 7K additional. Great buy. Highly recommended.

Great tire

I cannot say enough about Michelin Tires . The wear is absolutely fantastic, far superior to any other tires I have ever had on this SUV with 164,000 miles and purchased new by me in 2001. They also provide the quitest ride too. I am a volunteer fireman here in CT. and this vehicle goes out in every type of weather you can imagine and Michelin tires have gotten me through every bit of snow ,rain , slick roads you can think of with out a problem. Michelin is by far the #1 tire that I would recommend for anyone.

Replacement of original OEM

My tires need to be replaced due to dry rot at 3-1/2 years and about 33,000. I am reluctant to purchase Michelin tires again due to on-line reviews about dry rot problems.

Dry Rot

Without a doubt the wrong tire for me! I needed something with more grip in/on mud and snow. And a longer tread life, this tire is on a 4wd, 1/2 ton Chevy Suburban. I use it to commute to and from work, and pull a 6000# boat. I couldn't get LTX M/S 2's when I last needed tires, so I settled for the Latitude Tours. Won't make that mistake again!

I Expected More!!!!

I purchased a brand new Lexus GX460 from Lexus of Carlsbad in 2017. I am now at 18,000 miles and nobody will rotate my tires any longer because the tread depth is 3/32. I complained to the dealer that I expected 60,000 miles and they told me 15-20,000 miles is all they are experiencing on this vehicle. That tells me this tire is not a fit for this vehicle even though the Michelin Latitude Tour HP is standard equipment or I got a bad set of rubber.
