The result is rich, beefy flavor and satisfying texture—plus 19g of protein per serving—to help make every meal feel a little more special. <h3>Versatile Short Ribs for Every Occasion</h3> Member’s Mark USDA Choice Angus Beef Boneless Short Ribs are a flavorful, adaptable cut that works just as well for quick grilling as they do for slow, comforting meals. Grill them hot and fast for a kalbi-style inspired Korean short ribs, or take your time with a low-and-slow roast to bring out deep flavor and fall-apart tenderness. However you prepare them, these short ribs are up for the occasion. <h3>Cooking Instructions</h3> 1. Prep &amp; Sear: Pat short ribs dry, then season generously all over with salt and black pepper. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large Dutch oven or oven-safe pot over medium-high heat. Sear the ribs on all sides until deeply browned. Remove ribs from the pot and set aside. 2. Add Liquid: Pour in 3-4 cups of beef broth (or a mix of beef broth and red wine) to the pot, enough to mostly cover the ribs when they are returned. Bring the liquid to a simmer. 3. 1st time trying these and they are so meaty and delicious!!! I'm definitely buying these again! Thank you Sam's Club for offering these high quality choice short ribs!!

Boneless Short Ribs🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

It's been a while since i prepared beef short ribs because frequently they would be tough. Not these. Well marbled and perfectly trimed. Tender with great flavor.

Very small cuts, they were hidden under the bigger ones, not tasteful at all, worst cut of meat I ever bought at Sam's, will not make the same mistake again, I wish I would have been the one that open the package, I would have returned it immediately, did not find out until it was time to BBQ.

Unsatisfactory

Inconsistent and thinly cut.  I buy their short ribs regularly as I make Korean BBQ almost weekly (teens).  Even with a 24 hour marinade, these were tough.  Won't rebuy.

Not Great

They are way too expensive. I wouldn’t pay that price. I pay a membership for reasonable prices.  There is no reason for this meat to cost so much.
