I'm thoroughly impressed with this card.  As you're taking out the pieces, you can feel that the metal is thick and substantial.  It took about an hour to put together.  When making the final assembly of the swing-down side tables, I left the screws a little loose so I could make adjustments once everything was together.  Maybe that's why I didn't have any of the issues the other reviewer had.  The drawer opens and closes perfectly, and the side tables fold up and down easily.  I use this cart for my Ooni pizza oven, and it works great.  I keep tools in the drawer, and the pizza peels can go on the lower shelf.  This was a perfect solution for me, at a fraction of what the "official Ooni" pizza table costs.

Sturdy, well made cart

This cart is so well made. Assembled without any problems. There were even extra screws not used. The size is perfect for the Ninja Woodfire grill bought at Sam’s with room to spare. The cart has a large very nice drawer to store bbq tools. The sides fold down when not using. The stainless steel is high quality. The cart rolls around smoothly. Can lock the wheels. The cover is well made with vents. The cover works perfectly over the grill and cart. It doesn’t go all the way to the ground, of course, but that is not necessary in my situation. 

I looked at Amazon, Walmart , etc and by far this cart was priced better and has many more features than the others. 

It is nice enough to use in my kitchen, but I don’t have a big enough kitchen. 

I love this cart. Very impressive quality. This is one reason I like shopping at Sam’s.

Utility table

This is an absolute must have for the Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL grill/smoker! Heavy duty..made very well! To those who said it was poorly made or the drawer doesn’t slide well..you probably have the tracks upside down…my son did! I let my 14 yr old assemble it was a great learning experience to pay attention to details. Compare the weight of this will others and that will tell you the quality. The drawer perfectly fits the accessories and more that come with the grill. I did have to order another cover on Amazon-grillman 52x26x43 fits perfectly with one side extended and it was delivered in a few hours! It does come with a nice heavy duty cover, but I’m leaving the ninja in place so I need the larger cover. The locking wheels are a plus. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

Portable cart

It's a pretty well made piece.  My only criticism is it's a perfect cart for a small tabletop griddle or grill but a propane tank will not fit on the lower shelf so I had to take out the drawer.

Griddle Table

I always save my Sam's cash to use on something special I want. Whatever you do, do not try to purchase this with your Sam's Cash or a Sam's gift card!  It  will be cancelled with absolutely no explanation.  It took me 3 times to figure out what the problem was. Sam's customer service never mentioned this in my numerous calls.  However, on the 4th try when I just used my credit card, the order went through and I received the cart.  
The cart itself it the perfect size I needed.  I have my Ninja Woodfire grill on top and the Sam's version of a small Blackstone on the bottom. Great storage for both.  The drawer is a problem.  It will only slide good on the left side.  The right side requires you do have to push reaL HARD for the drawer to go in.  A couple of the little ball bearing type balls fell out during installation so I guess that's what caused it. Too bad, I will only be able to use the drawer for the cover storage.

Great cart, but don't purchase with Sam's Cash

This is my review of the Member's Mark (MM) Prep Cart model TM12T2NJ24, item number 990323057. I'm giving it 4 stars due to issues with the instruction booklet.  Overall the cart looks nice, is well built, sturdy, and comes with a cover. The only thing I would mention is that grill cover fits a little too tight for my taste. It makes it difficult to get on and it would have been a nice touch if the cover had a hump at the top so you could store something on top like a Ninja woodfire grill or pizza oven and that the cover had grommet holes at the bottom so you could secure the cover with a bungee cord to avoid it blowing off in high winds. I will eventually purchase a different grill cover for it, but for now I'm satisfied with the purchase.

It arrived in 1 heavy box, 34" x 30" x 5", almost 70 lbs. Fortunately, I have a trolly and rolled it inside to the place of assembly. I assembled it on a 6.5 ft x 6.5 ft outdoor blanket to avoid scratching the floor or the pieces, but their was limited assembly space after unpacking all the pieces. I would recommend a larger area for unpacking and assembly or have separate areas for unpacked parts and assembly. Everything inside the box is like Russian dolls with pieces packed inside other pieces and is packed in recyclable bags that are separated by sturdy cardboard inserts. Kudo's to Sam's Club's supplier royalgourmetusa.com, all packaging is completely recyclable!!

The instruction booklet is 28 pages and it includes a table of contents, care & use, package component and hardware descriptions along with the quantity for each component or hardware piece. The hardware comes in two recyclable plastic bags that have multiple pockets that are labeled with an alphabetic letter that corresponds to the instructions and the number of pieces that are in that pocket for assembly. An additional pocket contains various spare parts, nice touch. One empty pocket, labeled Tools, which wasn't needed, but the instruction booklet indicated "Simple Wrench" included.

Assembly consists of 18 steps, but the instruction booklet has absolutely no text for each step so you don't know why you are doing the task, how it fits into the overall assembly and no tips to help you assemble. In addition, the component parts are numbered and you have to reference the package component listing to understand what piece you need. The physical hardware needed for each step indicates the alphabetic pocket and how many pieces you will need from it.

Most of the physical components do not have labels indicating what they are. Some physical components are marked Left or Right like the table legs and side beams. Spatially, left is the front of the cart and right is the rear of the cart when facing the cart length wise. The front of the cart is considered where you install the two caster wheels and the rear of the cart is considered where you install the fixed plastic wheels. Some physical parts are marked L for left and R for right like the brackets and supports for the collapsible side tables. These L and R do not refer to the front/rear of the cart, but instead refer to your left or right when looking at the cart width wise. None of this is not mentioned anywhere in the instruction booklet.

I wouldn't call myself a handyman, but grew up helping my dad work on cars, so I'm mechanically inclined, know tools and how to use them. The only tool you will need is a phillips head screwdriver as the instruction booklet indicates, but a needle nose plier may be helpful to push the cotter pin into place when securing the rear plastic wheels in step 4. You can do it by hand, but the cotter pin is small and when done by hand, the cotter pin may slip and zing across the room when trying to secure it. A level might also be useful when aligning the side table assemblies with the table top and sides of the cart in step 16. A well lit area is also useful for assembly. The following are tips and pitfalls during assembly that hopefully a purchaser will find useful and save them time during their assembly.

It took me 10 hours, over two days, to assembly the cart. There are a lot of screws that need to be screwed in and I did that by hand. I could have used a power screwdriver by did not want to strip screws or mark the cart with a mishap. Some of the screws are in tight places where a power screwdriver would not work without a long shaft phillips bit. A large portion of the time was due to the instruction booklet lacking important details, which I noted above, constantly having to refer back to the component list for the part needed, the lack of labeling on physical components, installing parts incorrectly due to lack of clear instruction and having to go back and loosen screws for proper alignment. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to include in this review, assembly tips that will make things easier should you purchase this cart due to the size limitations placed on the review.

Multi-purpose heavy duty outdoor cart with cover

HIRED A PROFESSIONAL HANDYMAN TO PUT TOGETHER.  OPENED IT UP AND IT WAS ALREADY DENTED!!!   The drawer is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.  The HINGES ON THE LEFT SIDE IS TOO HIGH CAUSING THE DRAWER TO BE TOO TIGHT TO OPEN AND CLOSE.  MAKES A HORRIBLE sound.   It is not possible to use drawer at all.  Its like a chalk board.  Terribly crafted and flimy w dents upon opening.
