This is a beautiful product however I had to return it turns out you have to have a 9-10 foot wall to install it I did not so if I had installed it when it extended it would have only come up to my chest I'm thinking of getting a shade sail maybe that will work for my application

9-10 FOOT WALL

2 Tropucal storms and they hold on.  No leakage.  A little fading because of the sun.  Seems they’ll stand up.

Almost perfect for the price.  Should include bolts to install in the wall.  Had to get them myself.

Nice awning at a great price.

I have two they look good but the quality of the fabric is bad, it stretches and when it rains they retain water. Within a few weeks the fabric also began to leak. It only serves to provide shade, not for the rain.
