Beloved by picky three years olds through serious foodies. It’s the cheese of choice used by Benito’s authentic Mexican restaurant on Magnolia. Need I say more?

Great flavor

Shredded well.  The cheese tastes great and melts perfectly in recipes.   This bag had more cheese than I needed but the leftovers kept well and stayed fresh.

Cheese- lots of cheese

We make home-made pizza all the time, and this is better even than mozzarella cheese. Plus it melts easily on omelets, so it is very versatile. Since it is somewhat soft, pre-shredded is fantastic, and its gentle flavor allows me to season different dishes to our liking.
