I stopped buying shredded cheese due to the additives most shredded cheeses have to prevent caking. This cheese was a perfect alternative!  The flavor is great and perfect for melting in omelets and quesadillas.  It shreds really easily and the price point is great.

Great for Snacking and Shredding

This is a nice firm cheese that melts well and stands up to shredding and slicing thin. I have also toasted this cheese as it makes a nice crispy crust.

What's not to love about this?  (Not to mention-WHO DOESN'T LOVE CHEESE ?).   Great cheese flavor AND the price beats the local competition, thank you-Sam's Club!

Great Purchase!

We are very happy on the taste of this mild cheese. We have shredded for tacos. We have sliced for hamburgers. And breakfast in our eggs. It's a smooth tasty cheese. And to top it off, the price is great!

CAN NOT BEAT THIS PRICE FOR REALLY GREAT CHEESE. I SHRED IT MYSELF AND YOU DON'T HAVE ALL THAT ADDED STUFF TO KEEP IT FROM STICKING TOGETHER. IT STAYS FRESH IN MOST CONTAINERS.

So many uses, and the large size allows us to have it for a while for all the various dishes we use it with on a daily basis.

New food

We preferred the previous product that was packaged in 5-pound blocks. The 2-pound block is quite crumbly and therefore very hard to slice. It’s also a bit sharper. That’s okay for me but my wife preferred the previous milder product.
