These pillows are the best I've ever used.  It was different because they are harder than I usually like, but once I got used to them, I'll never buy another kind.  The depth after sleeping on them was the exact depth I needed to keep my back aligned properly.  Will not buy another type of pillow.

Best Pillows Ever

My husband and I both got one of these pillows and it has literally changed our quality of sleep and quality of life!  We both used to wake up with lots of shoulder and neck pain.  That has been reduced greatly after switching to this pillow.  
I’m going to buy extras soon so we always have them!

Life Changing

I am always looking for a good comfortable pillow!  I stumbled across these at Sam’s Club and they are great memory gel pillows.  They’re nice and thick, yet they are soft and comfy pillow!  They keep you cool while sleeping!  I sleep so good since I found these.

Love these memory gel pillows!

The best pillow ever!  BUT, you must air it out for a couple of weeks without its cover to rid chemical smell. After that, it never bunches, wrinkles, squashes, or changes shape or size. Perfect fit for your head, and pillowcase. You will have to re-train your arms not to try to reshape it at night because it is not necessary.  I have purchased for my family and am still buying them for others.

No more squashed pillows

This pillow is on the firmer side, which I prefer.  It provides good support for side sleepers and for propping up one's head whilst sitting upright in bed, leaning back against the headboard.  I've had mine for about 6 months and so far it has been holding its shape very well.  I bought a second one for better lumbar support while sitting in bed.

Firm, but comfortable

Initially this pillow was a 10 out 4 stars. It came of the box perfect! The perfect thickness and firmness. However within the past week its quickly becoming soft. Its just not holding its shape like it did.

Started out strong but gets softer with use.

The material used for the inside of the pillow has an offensive odor. I decided to give it a chance to air out. But when you walk in the room and that is the first thing you smell its time to return it.

Has a Foam Rubbery Odor.

I purchased two of these pillows.  They have a chemical smell that I can't eliminate. I've washed the covers and put everything out in the sunshine and fresh air and they still smell so bad I cant sleep on them.

Pillow Reeks horrible smell.  We got the pillow out and it smelled so bad we left it alone for over a week.  Pillow still smelled bad it is unuseable.  We thought it was just packing but no the pillow still smells aweful after a few weeks.

Beware Poillow has a horrible smell.

The other reviews about how bad this pillow smells is no joke.  It smells like it was soaked in gasoline.  Aired it out for 2 weeks.  Frebreezed it several times.  Completely unusable.  Tripled washed the cover.  It's disgusting.
