I spent a lot of time researching couches to find the best fit and came across this couch at Sam's club. It fits perfectly in my small apartment and it has the right amount of firm-to-cushy ratio. However, there were 2 issues. First, Sam's club needs to find a different company to deliver. Really bad communication throughout that process. I eventually got the couch but I shouldn't have had to call everyday for a week to make sure the information I was getting was accurate. Second, there was a slight chemical odor when the couch first arrived. I vented my space and also used baking soda which has helped. 
Overall, very happy with this purchase, but will not be purchasing furniture from Sam's club in the future unless I do the pickup myself.

Love my new couch!!

We purchased this couch for our new home. It is so comfortable and the perfect couch for naps. We loved it so much that we bought another one and have them facing each other in the living room. You can lay and watch a movie and it’s perfect. So comfy.

Perfect for any decor

So far so good. Material feels durable but not super soft. However the coach is comfortable right out of the box which is rare for a sofa in this price range.

Heavy and durable

This sofa is very comfortable. It is solid and heavy, not easily moved.  The fabric is nice and durable. I am very happy with this sofa!

Sofas are great purchase 4 of them they wonderful . They are long in back so if you have long legs are good .!

Sofas are great

great couch ,seat is deep ,not too soft and not too firm , I got the light grey , I fall asleep on it just about every night . had company for a few days and they slept great on it . put sheets over the couch for them to sleep on .

I am very happy with my purchase! The couch fits great in my apartment and is a really pretty light grey. It is super comfortable and has a wider base so I can sit cross legged comfortably. Would recommend to any buyer!

Looked awhile for a sofa that was comfortable and fit our living room. Recommended

Great comfort

It seems to be well constructed and designed. We've had it a couple weeks so time will tell as to its durability. We selected it for its size and color so it fits exactly as we wanted in our home. It was offered at a competitive price and the free delivery was an excellent perk. The leg assembly was simple and they are steady and sturdy. A nice feature is the zipper on each of the cushons.

Nice Couch

I ordered three of these couches to go in our Airbnb.  This couch has 4 legs which have to be installed.  Of the three couches, one couch didn't come with the screws/hardware package to install the legs on the couch.  You have to call a 1-800 number to get the hardware sent.  After waiting on hold 65 minutes to talk to a representative, she let me know all hardware requests have to be done via email (this would have been nice to have been on the paperwork which came with the couch).  I sent the email with proof of invoice, pictures of the booklet that came with the couch, pictures of the screw packet, pictures of the couch, even a picture of the screw packet from one of the other couches.  I keep getting emails asking for more things, another picture of invoice, picture of couch, pictures of the booklet that was attached to couch (all things sent in the original email).  It is weeks later and I still don't have screws.  What a run around to get what should have come with the couch and I still don't have it.  Not sure I will ever get the legs on this couch at this point.  They are probably waiting to get beyond the return period.
