Care Instructions: For easy day to day maintenance of your Sunbrella fabric, brush off loose dirt. Prepare a solution of one fourth cup mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water. Spray on the cleaning solution of water and mild soap. Use a soft bristle brush to clean. Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric. Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed. Air dry. To prolong the life of furniture, cover or store when not in use.

Beautiful and comfortable set

This set is fabulous!! Even better than I expected. It does look and feel exactly like something you would buy from Restoration Hardware for a fraction of the price. The cushions are thick, supportive and very comfortable and I love the beautiful color. The woven material is also high quality and durable. It’s nice to have the coverings which are very easy to put over the chairs/sofa. Although the table is very stylish, the concrete is not sealed well and drinks and food can leave rings/stains which is a bummer. Had we known, we would have sealed it first. Overall though, we love this set!

Great quality, super comfortable set

We'd been looking for several months with many different retailers, and found exactly what we were looking for in this Colton 4 piece set. It's substantial, it's deep seating that makes it more comfortable for my 6'7" husband, and at the right price. I was a little nervous to not sit in it before purchasing, but all of the reviews are accurate. The order shipped quickly, and the delivery was white glove. The Sunbrella cushions are firm and great quality. "Assembly" was easy, with only feet and a bracket to work on for the seating pieces. The table was a bit more work because of it's weight, but once we got it in on our porch, I realized how valuable it was to have a table that doesn't move around when someone rests their feet on it. Totally recommend this set!

So Much Better Looking In Person

I was concerned with colors and quality, but so glad I ordered this! Very sturdy and high quality. Colors online aren't always true to life. Wonderful grays. Heavy concrete table that I love. However, rain left marks on it, so I think I will need to seal it. Most of my area is covered, so rain shouldn't be often. But something to consider if you want to use this on an open patio.
