Very nice looking grill. Love that it comes with a griddle as well. As big as it is I was unable to uncrate, take off the base frame and roll it 200 feet over pavers to our back patio by myself. I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself though, as I could have damaged it I suppose, but didn't. Easily a two person job. Hardest part is getting it out of the crate base, which I did by rocking it a bit until the wheels popped out. Make sure wheels are unlocked. 
Minimum assembly; so little, I would not even call it assembly. And this is a Prokan Grill, with a Members Mark logo on it.
Quality parts, well made, solid grill. Grill cover included. Oh, and it cooks just fine too.

Extremely pleased

First things first. This grill is massive. Comes well packaged in a huge box, and is as heavy as it looks. Thankfully it comes on casters, because rolling it is about the only option you have. Can’t imagine moving this thing if you have steps or any rough terrain. The good thing is everything comes pre assembled, except for the grill grates and rotisserie section. High quality knobs, stainless steel and accents. Cooks evenly and cleans up easily. The most difficult part is unboxing and moving into place. Lifting it off of the palate is definitely a two person job. This was actually our second grill, as the first was lost by the shipping company. Sam’s Club quickly ordered a second, used a different shipper, and kept us updated on the status along the way. We were present for home delivery and the driver set it in our garage so that we could tackle the beast. Can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service and the product was well worth the wait.

Have only used grill once so far cooked well, heavy duty well made grill. The wall stone material is more fake looking than I thought but looks nice on our patio….

This was a good purchase, looks good, works good, cooks good. There’s only two thinks that can make this grill better. 1st, the only way you can tell the flat grill is on is only feel for heat. There no opening to show its on. 2nd, if the left side table top of the island was at least 6” to 12” wider it would have been better for table top use other wise you don’t have to much space  if your using both grills at the same time

Great grill, great price.

The grill is a great item. I am very happy with it. It looks good and is easy to use. The hardest part was getting it delivered. So far it has cooded great. I have not used all its options, but I am very happy with the grilling portion of it which it waht I used the most. It came with a very nice cover that I am using, so it looks good even when covered. I do wish it had some lights on it. I had another out door kitchen by Member's Mark and it had lights in the grills cover. b

Great grille for a good value. Grille as described and good quality. First shipment arrived damaged but was promptly replaced by Sam's Club.

Came with the drawers not aligned and a wheel missing.  Not happy with the response after reporting the issues.  all of a sudden I became responsible for aligning the drawers.  still have not received the missing wheel but they expect me to install.  I did not buy this as a do-it-yourself project

Now that I finally have the grill and it is set up and working, I like it. It’s beautiful, it seems well built, and it cooks nicely. That being said, I wouldn’t have taken it for free if I knew what I was going to have to go through to get it. I have never had such a terrible purchase experience in my life. It was supposed to arrive about a week and a half after I ordered it. I got an email from a  shipping company asking me to set up a delivery date and time about a week after I ordered it…. The link wouldn’t allow me to do it, so I called them… They said they weren’t sure where it was, so they couldn’t schedule a delivery. I called Sam’s club to see if they could figure out what was going on. It took numerous attempts to get through to them, and when I finally did, they told me they would open a ticket….. that was it. No help. The day it was supposed to be delivered, I called the shipping company again, they still didn’t know…. They told me to call back in “a week or so, maybe it will show up by then”…. They finally got it, and sent it to m about a week late. It was in a box with big red circle sticker on it. It seemed weird, and It gave me a bad feeling something was wrong with it, so I opened it as soon as I could… Sure enough, the counter top was badly broken in two places.
I got an email the same day from Sam’s club as a follow-up to my “ticket” saying they see it was delivered and that if they don’t hear back from me soon they will assume everything arrived and was not damaged. I wrote back, and told them what happened. Then I called them. Their call center is in the Philippines, but the woman was nice and I was able to understand her well. She offered a replacement and I agreed. She said she had to submit a ticket to the “back office” and they would call me within 48 hours to schedule picking up the damaged bbq and also sending a replacement….
Nope…. After 5 days, I hadn’t heard anything. So I called again, and again, and again, until I finally managed to get ahold of someone in the Philippines again. She was nice as well. She gave me a gift card for my inconvenience and initiated the process on the spot….. the next day a shipping company called about the damaged bbq, and they got ahold of a DIFFERENT shipping company to schedule a pickup…. They scheduled to come a week later…. Meanwhile, this 600lb broken bbq was sitting in the middle of my garage rendering it useless for parking or anything else we usually do in there…… In the mean time, I got notification the new bbq order went through. About a week later ANOTHER shipping company scheduled to drop off the replacement…. Cool. If you are keeping track, that is FOUR shipping companies I have dealt with over this now….. The day came for the broken one to be picked up. I scheduled someone to be at my house because I was away at work…. The driver showed up, looked at the box and said, “we will have to reschedule, I don’t have a pallet jack”, and turned around a left….. So when I got home, I called them to reschedule….. They had already taken the liberty of rescheduling for week later….. They didn’t ask if that would work for me….. It just was what it was apparently…. Thats the window they had available…. The new BBQ was scheduled to arrive a few days later. I had a date scheduled and a window set up with THAT company for the delivery of the NEW one…. I got home from work the day before it was supposed to be delivered, and there it was sitting in my driveway….. all 600lbs of it on a pallet, with nobody home to receive it….. You have to be kidding me. Getting something early is nice and all, but not in that situation…. So there was that…… So the next week, that fourth shipping company finally came back and picked up the broken bbq from my garage and ended my nightmare, about a month and a half after it started. Never again. Absolutely terrible. I guess when you are owned by Walmart, and you have more business than you could ever possibly lose, you can treat your customers however you want, and the ones you lose will never really amount to any significant loss in your bottom line.
