The Wagyu meat has a renowned buttery flavor and tender texture that makes for an unrivaled eating experience. Slow fed for over 400 days on a high-grain ration, Wagyu beef is characterized by an abundance of fine marbling throughout the steaks, making every bite juicy and tender Wagyu cattle originated in Japan. For centuries, Japanese farmers safe-guarded this breed to create the world’s most flavorful beef. Today, our expert Australian farmers honor those same traditions by raising our Wagyu-crossed cattle on special grain rations and giving the extra time to properly finish and mature with no artificial ingredients and raised without added hormones. This is the perfect solution for your dinner needs.&nbsp; <h3>Storage/Thawing Instructions</h3> 1. Unbox the ingredients and handle the dry ice with care, avoiding skin contact. 2. Member’s Mark Wagyu Ground Beef&nbsp;</li> <li>2 Carrots, Peeled And Minced (About 1 Cup)&nbsp;</li> <li>1 Large Onion, Minced (About 1 Cup)&nbsp;</li> <li>2 Cloves Garlic, Minced (½ Cup)</li> <li>Dry Red Wine (1 Can - 28 oz.)&nbsp;</li> <li>2 tbsp. Tomato Puree</li> <li>Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves (Optional)&nbsp;</li> <li>1 lb. Uncooked Pappardelle Pasta&nbsp;</li> <li>Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese (Optional)&nbsp;</li> </ul> Preparation 1. The main point of my review is the fact that I received my order still frozen and was received in 2 days as it states in the illustration. This was good service. The guy who complained about his order being thawed out when he received his ground beef, maybe use some common sense and not make a frozen order in the middle of summer? Will purchase again this is an amazing perk Sams Club is giving to the members. Oh and the Ground Beef looks very good quality too.

Was slightly skepticle. But im glad i tried it out. Came completely frozen. Easy to thaw overnight in the fridge. I used 2lb. 1 egg. Crushed half a sleve of buttercrackers. Salt. Pepper. Splash of worshishire. Made 5 huge patties. I smoked them on my pitt boss. Little bbq. Some cheese. Amazeballs!!!

Ground beef came hot and blood everywhere , no ice as it was not even melted. Also the plastics were ripped.

Very disapointing, rotted to the core!

Opened right after Fed Ex delivered. Arrived defrosted & at room temperature. Bag labeled dry ice was empty except some condensation inside meaning it had evaporated. Several packages were leaking. Threw all in trash. Very bad purchase!
