This set must have been the best wrapped item I have ordered for delivery.  Parts were wrapped in bubble paper and then covered in cardboard and surrounded by spongy plastic sheet.  The set looks great and, with the seat cushion in place, is comfortable.  Looks like it will last many years.

Excellent high quality set shipped with great care

Love it.  I have been looking for a new table for out by the pool and this was exactly what i was looking for.  I was concerned about buying online because i didn' t want it to feel cheap and flimsy.  This set looks good is sturdy and heavy so it should not flip over with our winds.

Looks great

We purchased this set a few weeks before Memorial Day weekend, and would definately do it again as well recommend to a friend.  This definately looks like the picture. It is gorgeous, sturdy, and looks awesome! I am happy with the price and the cushions are thick and firm and clean up perfectly. I love that the cushions are fade and water proof. The design pattern of the table and chairs looks high-end and the lazy susan size and design pushes it over the edge! I LOVE!!

Extremely Happy!!

This set is very pretty! I was worried after reading other reviews about the height of the table feeling too low...not the case at all.  Did not even notice.  It’s very comfortable, and looks high end. The lazy Susan is my favorite part. It’s the perfect size table with plenty of chairs and space.

Beautiful table

We purchased a similar set 6 years ago and wanted a second set to match, so we bought this set. It is very high quality in the sense that it assembled well is relatively heavy. There were no misaligned holes etc. The assembly was easy and it took about 3 hours. It helps to have a drill with a hex bit on it. The chairs are comfortable and would fit most people and are not narrow. I was disappointed it doesn't come with a matching umbrella. The cushions are nice but are kind of a drab green...just like the picture. The finish is a black brushed finish. It is not solid black. It is more like an oil rubbed black-similar to some faucets. Our 7 year old set has held up very well. The bolts are starting to rust but they are underneath and you don't see them when the cushions are on. I expect the same durability of this set. I expect to get 20 years out of it. You will not be able to find replacement cushions anywhere, you will probably have to go custom.

Great Quality for the Price

The furniture is great, and most of the packaging is really good; however, one of the chairs still managed to get damaged. It looks like somewhere in the shipping process the box was slid across a surface on it's side. We contacted Sam's Club, and they gave us a partial refund. We found that Rustoleum makes a metalic paint that appears to be a perfect match.

Great furniture but packaging needs improved.

Very beautiful and comfortable. Only problem was with one chair. Had to use our drill to make one side of the bolts to fit correctly. Other then that , no problem. The wrench’s you get really don’t help at all, so I suggest you have some tools of your own to use.

Great Buy!

Set was delivered well packaged with no damage.  Assembly was easy and took about two hours to assemble table and chairs.  The table should be larger (6 ft round) to better accommodate all the chairs with rockers.  The set does not comfortably seat six for dinner, more like four.  The legs of the table get in the way of the chairs when seated.  Cushions are comfortable but I’m not sure they will stand up well in the weather.

Nice set but does not seat 6 comfortably

Set itself is beautiful & sturdy.  Did NOT come in good condition.  Box was very damaged & missing a whole section of cardboard which was replaced by a lot of packing tape.  Finish on table was scraped completely off in a couple of places & one of the table legs had a big dent.  When you pay $1600 (including shipping & tax) you expect to receive your merchandise in new, not damaged condition.  No way of knowing if damage was done at the warehouse or in shipping.  Would give 5 stars if it had been delivered in good condition.

Good set but damaged

This item is very lightweight, not as sturdy as I hoped for. The chairs are full of sharp edges that could cut fingers. The color is not solid black as I thought it would be, but a speckled dark charcoal instead. I don’t care for the speckles.  Additionally, this item requires a lot of assembly, unlike the set I purchased with swivel chairs earlier this year. Overall, I don’t think this set is worth the money.
