Souping it up

I really didn't need anymore bowls but I'm glad I got these. I purchased the green set, very nice looking. Plenty of room for sandwiches and nice size bowls for soup.

Green bowl/plate combo

These are a very good quality and made a great presentation! We served a colorful tortilla soup that includes a lime wedge on the rim with toasty quesadillas on the side. I had compliments the whole night about how great the food looked in the bowls and on the plate. I can't wait to use them again! They arrived very well packaged.

Great little set!

I love this set! I think it is perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato basil soup! I know it will get lots of us. Soup and crackers. Soup and cornbread. Anything you need on the side of soup will now have its very own place! Great idea! And I also think the individual pieces will get some use. Very pleased!

Great Set!

We use a lot of bowl's at our house. When I saw this set at Sam's I had to have it. Nothing like bowl's with handle's. So much better to get them out of the microwave, the handle's are not hot either. The bowl's are big and the platter was just extra special. Big enough to hold your bowl and bread or a sandwich. Also at Holiday's the platter is big enough for the man who likes to eat a little more like mine does who is 6'5. You can not go wrong with this set. I got my self 2 set's.

Great 8 piece Bowl And Appetizer Plate set

Luxury Buy that is definitely worth it!  These robust soup bowls and oblong plates are a staple now in the house. I bought them when my husband broke his arm and leg as this was a little more manageable for him at that time, but now we use them all the time and my regular dishes hardly get out of the cabinet. Sturdy, and classy.  We love the durability, and versatility of this set.  I would have bought a set of two, as it was all we needed really, but now thrilled that it comes with four as we use them so often. Great purchase!

Fantastic Purchase. Very Happy

I ordered the blue set and it is just beautiful, very well made and has a good solid feel to it.  The plate is big enough to do sandwiches and then put the soup bowl along side for those perfect soup and sandwich kind of of meals.  The soup bowl is an excellent size for as much soup or chili as you want.

Great set

Surprisingly good quality and perfect size and weight for soup and sandwich, dip and chips, etc.  We ordered a set in red  for the holidays, but they set turned out to be much better than anticipated so we ordered full sets in gray and blue to give as sets of 2 as gifts. The gray is elegant, and the blue is deep and attractive.

Great value for the price

Plate surface is flat. Bowl slides. Would be helpful, & safer, if indentation size of bowl bottom was in plate.

MM soup-plate improvement needed

ordered two sets in blue. unfortunately, one set is noticeably darker blue than the other. grrr. disappointed in that - obviously expected colors would match. didn't have time to return prior to the event where they were being used. one positive noted was that the bowls really retain heat. contents of bowl remain super hot.

Warning if purchasing more than one set

Plates and bowls did not match the bowls are a totally different color handles on the bowls are not matching I have older set handles are smaller and appearance is much better.
