We purchased this cake and put it in the fridge when we got home. Didn't slice it for a couple of day. It is an amazing cake! The cake itself is light and delicate, not like a pound cake at all. The icing is sweet, like icing should be, and the chocolate curls are crunchy and delicious. We both wished it had a little more chocolate icing between the layers, but we're chocolate lovers. Would we buy this cake again? Absolutely!
