This was a new cake that showed up right before Christmas, so we bought it to try it out.  It will not disappoint.  It has a deep chocolate taste, is moist, and just enough frosting to be delicious and not cloyingly over-sweet.  We will definitely buy this cake again.

Delicious!

For the price.... this cake is wonderful!!!  I had been buying a similar cake from Wegmans and "found" this one.... OMG for the price and size, this is such an affordable fabulous cake!!  ALLLLL the chocolate is amazing

Such a rich and luscious cake

This delicious chocolate cake is unique in moistness and taste.  So far, this is the best I have found. Too bad Sam's doesn't carry it the whole year, iI was told it is available for the Christmas Holidays only.

Unique Cake

This chocolate cake not only looks delicious, but it actually tastes better than it looks. We shared this amazing chocolate cake at our Christmas dinner. It was devoured within minutes. It is so sweet a small slice is enough. We highly recommend it.

Big hit with the family.

This cake was delicious!  It had a heavy consistency like the cakes my mother used to make which she added pudding mix.  It was a hit at our Christmas party and we fortunately had some left over to enjoy ourselves.

Dark Chocolate Cake

Delicious cake. Not as moist as the regular chocolate but it was tasty nonetheless. Great with chocolate ice cream (my go to when needed)  The kids loved it so it didn't last very long.

For that chocolate craving…

I thought it would taste more like a brownie, but ir didnt. Cake itself was good, not dry. My family and I just couldn't handle all the frosting and how sweet it made the cake. Of course we scraped alot of the frosting off and ate it. I wouldn't buy again.

Too sweet

This cake was well made and absolutely worth the price.  The only issue was the icing was a bit grainy and you can tell the sugar wasn't well mixed in.  Other then that it was a great cake

Chocolate cake icing

The positive- looks pretty and is the color of a super rich dark chocolate. The decor on the cake looks great- lots of chocolate frosting that is nicely piped.
THE NEGATIVE- Texture is dense which i like but the grit of the undissolved sugar takes away from this cake - the taste is not good- it is so over sweet you cannot enjoy what chocolate flavor it might have. Dont get cookie dough-don't get chocolate just get sweet crunchy sugar- it is YUCK to the MAX- 
We got this for a birthday cake my daughter wanted- she was so sad .. we ended up just  throwing it away.

BAD SUMS IT UP

Unfortunately this cake was purchased for Christmas dinner and was extremely dry.  Terrible waste of money.  3/4 of the cake was thrown out several days later because it wasn't eaten by anyone.
