The vegetables are conveniently packaged in four pre-portioned, steamable bags and can be prepared in only minutes. With no artificial preservatives or flavors, it's a healthy side dish that you can whip up without putting too much thought into it. It's perfect for quick dinners when you're short on time or if you're doing meal prep for the upcoming week. You worry about the main entree; we've got your side! <h3>Cooking Instructions</h3> Stovetop: Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Open bag and add frozen broccoli normand only to the water and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and boil gently for 4-5 minutes or until tender; stir once during cooking time. Drain, season, and serve. Microwave: Do not puncture or open steam bag before heating. Gently massage package to break apart vegetables. Place steam bag with frozen broccoli normandy in microwave on high for 5 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate as the steam forms. After cooking remove the bag from the microwave and let stand 1 minute. Carefully open the bag and pour vegetables from the bag. Return any unused frozen vegetable to freezer immediately. Good quality of assorted vegetables, comes in individual bags (2 servings per bag...I eat a lot) which makes it super convenient for meal prep.

My Favorite vegtable medely

mixed veggies.

This use to be my favorite go to vegetables. But the last few times I have purchased this product. The bag has been full of carrots with very little pieces of broccoli. I think I’m gonna have to find me another go to vegetable bag. Can you please add a little more broccoli.

Just Carrots

The carrots in this package are extremely tough. I don’t know if they’re old or what but I’ll never buy them again . I used to buy this all the time.. idk what has changed

Don’t buy this

Ok, mostly carrots and very little squash, cauliflower or broccoli. Should just call it carrots with a hint of other veggies.

Disappointing

The distributor of this product must have changed. The vegetables have lots of ice crystals on them which makes them soggy and watery when warmed up. This hasn't been the case in the past and I've been buying this exact same bag for years.
